blue orbit is gorgeous...and modern pewter...dunno about selling out fast...but i do know they're quite purdy...and so is sweet heat and grand galaxy....ahh im no help

I am definitely getting all 3 ED Skinfinishes! As for the eyeshadows, I am leaning towards Blue Orbit, Modern Pewter, and Grand Galaxy. Although Warm Thunder and Young Venus are on my list.

Which 2 eyeshadows should I start with that have the highest chance of selling out fast?

The only thing I ordered was Modern Pewter. I adore Dalliance so I wasn't leaving this one behind. I want to see Glorify in person. How does a chocolate girl like me apply these EDSF?

I went nuts today and ordered all 3 EDSFs, 6 ED e/s (skipping pink, blue, gray and black) and team 5 from TC (skipping PT). I won't have any Skipper's Remorse now... I always buy everything at once, especially if I have to order (can't really afford multiple orders when the shipping cost equals one mid-prized product) - but no method is easy on my CC

I have this syndrome. I already went back for Heroine, MM, and PP, and I'm trying not to buy Superb. I must remind myself that I am a very pale girl who in no way desires to look tan. Superb was not made for me. I may go back and get an eyeshadow or two, but to be fair, I was thinking of doing that anyway.

Could you remind me too while you're at it? If I have Soft & Gentle, surely I don't need this, since it's darker? I never saw the EL product on a very pale person, so I'm not sure if it would work or not.

I just got my box with Modern Pewter. It's gorgeous. This is a color I will wear the hell out of. It's so pigmented. I have to pass along Superb highlighter to a friend. I ordered w/o knowing the ingredients and unfortunately it contains bismuth oxychloride. That's a big no for me. It's so pretty, though. Reminds me of a Laura Mercier mosaic powder w/o the pain in the ass fallout.

What is a good brush to apply the EDSF's with? I have a 116, 109, and 130... I do wish I had a 131 or 165 for these but no such luck.

There are some reasonably priced ones on ebay (less than 50 bucks). Good luck.


If not, try the 128 to "paint" it on, then use a kabuki to blend it out. Or if you have the 189, it might work as well.

I need a tutorial with pictures of the brushes. I just can't picture them when they are named by number. And doing a google search with just 3 digits is exhausting. I guess I could try 131 MAC brush?

Thanks Mac-Guy! I have a 189 so I'll try that first, but I'm definitely considering getting a 131 now. I've been wanting that brush and the 165 for a while.

She gave it an A-. Said it's best for mineralized products, from what she can tell.

I've tried my skinfinishes on *____* I've used several brushes but the best for me are my beloved 188 (for a really light application) and the Semi Precious buffer brush, 179 ^^
