Mac Pro Palettes discussion

Very tempted to go back to the MAC store and pick up some palettes today! Kinda bummed out that I have to pay an extra $9 for the insert. But I guess it's worth it. I would HATE looking at my e/s and blushes if they were just chilling in the palette with the bottom row unaligned. It just looks really disorganized and drives the OCD part of me crazy. The pics of e/s organized in the palette with inserts is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 x more appealing to me than the pics of e/s all clumped together. If I was going to house my e/s in a somewhat unorganized manner, I'd just buy a Z palette. It may be disorganized but at least they come in pretty colors.

thanks for the pics of the palette w/ wells, copperhead. It looks really nice but it's completely unnecessary for me at this time.

Sell, swap, or B2M. Or just replace them once they brake.

Or keep the old ones in case you hate have powder all over the clear lid, which will inevitably happen to all the new palettes. :)

I'd be interested in buying anyone's old-style blush or eye shadow palettes :) I want to get 4 more of the e/s ones, and 2 blush ones. I was originally going to order online because they're still in stock there, but if someone wants to get rid of theirs, I'd be willing to take them off of their hands!

I like to align my e/s in a staggered design. Like with the 2nd and 4th row in the spaces between the 1st & 3rd. That way one row doesn't look off. I think It's a nice neat little formation, but that could just be the dancer in me. I'd post a pic but I'm on my iPad right now.

Ooh. I've love to see a pic whenever you get a chance. That might change my mind on the whole insert thing! I'd love to avoid paying $9 for it, haha.

I am thinking about replacing my blush pallette. the new clear covers are perfect because my blushes are too pretty to hide. I will PM you if I do

Found another picture of these on Instagram! I wonder when Australia Mac Pro are getting these? I am still waiting for my card so I can actually start ordering stuff... GRRRRRRRRRRR

I broke down and ordered a new palette today. I'm gonna try it out without the insert for now.. not sure if I like the inserts yet.

so i couldnt resist and got 2 of new palettes for my shadows and blushes with out the inserts cause i wanted to wait for the pro inserts?. im kind of disappointed because all my shadows where flying around, like the magnets wouldnt hold to the palette. my passionate eyeshadow got a chipped. that never happened to me with the old ones. could some one explain to me the pro shadow inserts!!?? like how many shadows they hold? i honestly feel awful since i already offered my old ones for sell and then i already purchased a new ones. is the 24 insert just for creams products? i need to know so i can just go back to the store and buy the regular inserts.

Yes, it's just for cream products (lippies).
