I know people at the MAC Pro stores and the regular store. Sure comes in handy when I need something from a new collection. They even did some swirl hunting for me during HT.

That's exactly why I go to Pentagon City. I have 3 chances to find what I need in one spot if something sells out. But I still prefer shopping online because I think I have a better chance of getting LE items. The stores and counters seem to be getting less and less quantities, and I can't always be there in person at the crack of dawn.

I miss Pentagon City. Fingers crossed hubby gets to go work closer to there!

I also agree with Liba on Restless. It was dowdy on me, and I don't do brick reds at all. I didn't buy dark diversion, I keep buying and returning/giving it away with each launch. WOC, how do you feel about it?

I LOVE Dark Diversion. It's a go-to liner for me in fall & winter. It is so pretty with a neutral eye and dark lip look. Love it!

Wahoo! How do you like them? I'm getting my Hidden Treasure tomorrow. Sooo excited! I love Supercontinental! I was going to get Worldly Wealth, but the orange-ness turned me off. It seems common to find a peachy bronze I own a few and I rarely wear them. I LOVE my coral blushes though so while I have a bunch, I welcome them all!

I find WW the most unique in this collection. If I had to pick just one, I would probably have picked WW.

i think my fav out of the 2 is hidden treasure. its really pigmented but it looks beautiful when you apply it lightly. sc its pretty but the thing is that i feel like i already have others like it. i also got melba cause they were sold out of peaches and instead of waiting for it, i was like ok ill get the similar one!! im not a makeup pro but i think that hidden treasure is going to look fabulous on you because of your hair and eye color. like with the look that you have in the nylonvscyy picture.

Ohh I have Melba and Peaches, I adore them both! Melba is a nice matte to have! Thanks! I hope I like HT. I've been long overdue for some red blushes. I have Keep it Casual and I love that, more of a little plum to it though, iirc

Supercontinental is SUCH a gorgeous blush! Having had skippers remorse over Immortal Flower. Fleet Fast, Launch Away, and Ring of Saturn I couldn't pass up this blush! It's the perfect peachy-pink toned blush with a hint of shimmer. Sometimes I even skip using my MSF Light Year because this has such a pretty sheen to it. LOVE!

I did the same but I put Brash above the crease and darkened the crease w/ Carbonized after applying Indie Spirit & blended upward. I used Dipdown to line the upper lash line. I love Chessa!

. So true Mac-Guy. This blush totally spoke to me. It was my first pick from the collection. I LOVE it, and had nothing like it in my stash.

I usually obsess over MAC's fall collections, but this time around I wasn't too wowed. None of the mattenes jumped out at me as must-haves. Just ended up with the 3 blushes, 3 lipglasses, and Local Wares fluidline. Good for my wallet since I need some new work clothes (mainly a new cardigan) and have my eye on some shoes. I think this collection would mix well with MAC Me Over from last year and Cult of Cherry from 2008.

Sounds pretty! I'll have to see if I can find something to dupe Brash. I foolishly missed out on the CMB quad (but have been relentlessly searching for it).

I think MAP and OTH are going to look pretty together. So far OTH is not working for me alone. I'll have to play with it some more, but I kinda figured it would be too red/pink.
THe orange/gold in M-A-P really brightens up my face like Watch Me Simmer did (seriously, if you have this and don't want it, PM ME! LOL) I think I am happy I went back and got this.

In my ongoing quest to try to make CC work, I tried applying it sparingly with a lipbrush and layering Ruffian Gold on top today. It still didn't last, but it looked great with RG.

I'm sorry your still having problems with it. I did notice that it is creamy but so far it's fine otherwise. I hope you can find a way to make it work for you.
