I'm actually not from DC I go to school in DC I'm moving on campus this semester at Trinity University, I go to the MAC in Wisconsin Ave in Maryland or the one at the Macy's I've been meaning to go to Pentagon City at some point while I'm in DC.

I bought HiddenTreasure yesterday & I LOVE LOVE it on! I was afraid that it was going to be too brick in color, but on me its such a lovely fresh I'm just blushing blush. Very healthy looking with just a light application on the apples of the cheeks. Its lovely. I used the 187

Just when I talked myself out of it! Now it's on my list again, because I know if you like it I will too. Shouldn't have looked in this thread.

I really thought, just by looking at it in the pan that I would not like it on. But on, its not really brick red. It looks lovely with peach & coral lipsticks.

Yes, it looks a little scary in the pan. I thought that it will be too pigmented, but I guess it will be fine if I use a light hand.

A woman without willpower. I went to the StyleSeeker event at my local MAC store and nabbed all three blushes; lippies in FF, ER and FN; E/S Duo Marche Aux Puces; Fluidlines in Local Wares & Rich Ground. Love, Love Love everything!

I am excited for Chessa in MAP - I never thought I'd like orange e/s, but I adore Magnetic Attraction MES and this seems to be in the same sort of colour family!

Loving MAP, glad I got it. i compared it to all of my golds and oranges, and I don't have a dupe. I probably could have created one though. I though it would be like Paparazeeshee (sp), but it is lighter and more golden. This really is the perfect orange for me.
The brown is kinda like swiss choolate (didn't even know I had), a lil like (ok I forgot, will edit later), but I don't have an exact dupe for this one tiehr.
On the hunt, the color on the left was similar to antiqued, and probably mythical (which I lost this summer ~sniff). I don't like the color on the left on my lid, but the matte color was nice. I have to be careful with reds making me look like I have pink eye.

I'll post comparison pics tomorrow, well Tuesday, if you are interested. Still taking pics, and have to take my Mom out for her bday tomorrow.

I felt like I was on a wild goose chase this weekend! Three MAC stores, four Nordstrom counter and two Macys counters later, MAP is finally mine! I first dropped by the counter on Thurs night and it was already sold out. Since I haven't heard a lot of hype/excitement about this collection (outside of Specktra), I assumed it'd be easy to find over the weekend. I couldn't believe it when it was sold out company wide on Nordstrom on Saturday!!! They couldn't even place an order for it. When was the last time something sold out so quickly? I think even Supernova lasted longer than that.

Thank goodness I LOVE LOVE LOVE MAP. I would have been really sad if I spent so much time searching for a product that was "just ok". MAP just made me super excited for fall!

This was the only eye shadow duo that appealed to me. The others seemed redundant. I've seen some really nice tutorials using this particular duo, and I'm looking forward to trying it soon. Frankly, too many products, so little time...sigh with back of hand to the brow
