That's usually due to changes in temperature. Once you get rid off the waxy residue, they should still work.

There all stored in a cool dark store so it makes no sense? I always sharpen before I use but good to know its not harmful

Don't worry about the white, just sharpen your pencil and it's good to go. I bought lipliners and eyeliners and opened them the same day and they had that white coating. Nothing bad happened to my eyes or lips after using them.

Plumage in this formula would be very, very nice

I have that dark green EL Cyber Eyes and its bombtastic! Its like a pressed version of Forest Green piggie--with a great pearlescent finish. I wish EL would come out with more colors for those.

It's usually in November. Sometimes, there is an extra couture collection during Spring.

Does anyone know if the mate lipsticks from the perm line benefit from the new improved formula they gave this year to the LE matte lipsticks. I`m in love with it, can`t have enough of scarlet ibis, candy yum yum and moxie, they are the most beautiful ls i have in every way!

That's the color I was thinking of, but couldn't remember. Tx mousygiggles.
