omg yes!!!!!!! I think I will bu too!!! Hopefully they make it permanent! I apply it to the upper cheeks! I'll try the bridge of my nose & forehead next, I'm just nervous abt those areas bc that's where I tend to get oily at:/

I feel ya. My forehead tends to get shiny as well as my cheeks. Do you wear a primer? I was thinking about investing in MACs Oil Control Lotion

I just returned my BUs of these pencils. I have 35 year old skin that does not like the hard work needed to blend these pencils. My right eyelid is actually a bit tender this morning from the blending on Copper Strip. (maybe I was a bit overzealous with the blending but it looked so janky before)

That's too bad JJJewels---I couldn't believe how soft CS was when I applied it this afternoon, and my lids are way older than yours!

In the picture i'm wearing bms quad (the light taupe shadow on the lids and the green shadow smudged over minted eyeliner on the lower lash line). I'm also wearing rfl blush with the strobe liquid patted to highlight my cheekbones and down the nose. Lips are oak liner, altered beige ls, and Lp lipglass. I apologize for my yellow lighting!

That strobe liquid looks insanely beautiful on you!!!!! I hope you wear it every day!

I don't think their similar at all. MM is far brighter than RFL. I'll try to post side-by-side pics of them when I get home this evening, unless someone beats me to it.

I finally got my package from Nordstrom today. With the exception of FMP I had planned on passing on most of this collection but I ended up getting both blushes & Caliente. The blushes are super pigmented on me. I'm around a NC42-44 & they showed up so heavy on my skin. I didn't even use a heavy hand.

I could've passed on Caliente. It's a nice color but the texture is annoying. I could've passed on FMP too. It's similar to other lipsticks that MAC has come out in the past few months.

Hi everyone, hope you all are enjoying your TR goodies. It's that time again I like to share my haul and fotd also someone wanted to see liquid passion on a woc, I'm NC42 so I hope it helps! I went to the store this morning on a mission with a list for only RFL, Lp lipglass, and a Refined golden bronzer to replace an old one. with just 5 minutes at the display, i ended up adding the bms quad, HN blush, rich glance pencil, and strobe liquid, LOL. i always leave scratching my head asking myself "....how did this happen???" The blushes are definitely the standouts of this collection IMO, I had lunch with my sister today and she liked my blush (rfl)so I gave it to her, hopefully I can track down another one. Altered beige was missing from the display since it was being used on a client, but the MA talked me into it,(I'm so easily convinced)I don't really care for it on its own. Paired with a liner and Lp lipglass changes the game though. Lp lipglass is amazeballs, definitely reminds me of my favorite, naked space, without that horrendous scent. ....definitely LOVING the Golden Elixir Strobe liquid now. I applied it just to my cheeks, bridge of my nose, and my forehead and it gives a wonderful glow. I think my mistake was mixing it with foundation/ moisturizer and applying it all over my face. If it's still available later on I'll BU for sure

. HN arrived today with most of my goods, but I'm disappointed that my two quads, Caliente, FMP & RFL won't arrive until Tuesday. I'm not usually one to whine, but as the years pile on you want things today in case you're not around tomorrow. Besides which I wanted to play around with the quads this miserable rainy, cold weekend. So this is what arrived today:




I tried Copper Strip and it is so smooth. I was in awe of how easy it was to apply & the color is intense---love it.
I also tried the Strobe Liquid w/ F&B and it's sooo nice. I set it w/NARS LRLP-----a must have.
I had Refined Golden from a prior collex, so this one is a BU---just for the compact-----it's gorgeous!
I'm wearing Sheer Seduction, the only one of my lipsticks that arrived today and it's so pretty, topped w/SS. I also tried it w/Underdressed & that worked too. I'm really pleased with everything that I've tried so far.

That picture literally makes my mouth water... It's a shame you have to wait for the quads, but awesome haul! Enjoy!

I gave the BMS quad a test run today. I'm not super impressed. All four colors yielded a very dark smokey look, a little too bold for my day time preference. I used the taupe on inner half of the lid, the dark brown in the outer 3rd, green in the outer corner and the gold to blend the crease. Maybe I will try it with the green as a liner next, since it is very dark. How is everyone else wearing it?

Unfortunately the quad isn't a complete eye look. It has no mixture of textures, so you need to bring in some mattes for it to work as a full look.

I'm soooooo glad I didn't get rfl I have mm and they look similar but mm have a slight frost look to it. I do like matte blush so ummm do I need rfl

I may have just discovered how sensitive my eyelids are. Loving Rich Glance though since I don't have to blend as much. I may try to trade out my other pencils.

My first back up order just arrived. I didn't even remember ordering so much. I even got 2 Underdressed backups. I must have blacked out on that one. Anyway today came:

-both polishes - I tried to skip but the nail polish junkie in me couldn't resist.

Great Haul! I know what you mean about wanting everything now to play with. I'm going to play with a lot of my stuff this weekend. I still haven't worked through everything from this collection.
