I ordered simmer based on temptalia's swatch.
When i tested them, Simmer was more of a warm peachy rose color - should work on both warm and cool skin tones. Sweet Samba was cool medium pink - the more beige there is in the pot, the more muted it can be, or the beige can be used alone as a highlighter.

I can't decided between them!

Ok. This is my first experience with mineralized makeup and I am loving it!! My Dare to Bare MES is gorgeous on and Lust and Adored are such gorgeous colors. I think I`ll use Lust more in the winter though for a rosy glow type look as it is more of a strawberry pink color (at least mine is). For reference I am quite fair skinned. I use MSF natural in medium and I don`t know what NC or NW I am but I`m an N2 the Face and body foundation and a 1.5 in Matchmaster.

omg do you have the weather channel app? The warning scared the crap out of me, my phone was in my pocket and suddenly the warning went off crazy loud lol
LOL this happened to me at 5:30 this morning. It scared the crap out of me! I literally shot up out of bed because I didn't know what was going on haha.

Adored would flatter your skintone best, but work as a highlighter. Lust would be a great blush topper. Rio would show up enough to be a subtle blush. So it just depends on what you're wanting to use it for.
Thanks so much! The only msf's I own are stereo rose and lightscapade. I've been kinda on the fence about this whole collection but figured if anything I'll get heroine l/l and maybe one msf.

For those of you interested in ordering from Nordstrom, I'm speaking with the customer service right now. It seems like as long as you order based on the name, and NOT THE SWATCH, you will be ok. I'm sure those that pack the orders only pay attention to the names and not the color of the product.
I placed my order last night so I can let you all know if I get the correct one. I ordered Simmer.

If u want any pay off u got to use em wet! With :-(
That's not the experience i had. I only tested them dry. The eyeshadows were quite variable - some had good payoff and some were terrible. Some had one color that worked and a second color that was dry and hard and patchy. Some had a lot of glitter, some had minimal glitter. It really depends on the eye shadow.

I ordered Tropica, Time to Tango, and Dare to Bare. All three had good to excellent pay off. Bossa Blue - the blue part seemed ok, but the brown was dry and patchy. Cha-cha-cha when i tried it was not so good, although the dark part delivered more color than the chartreuse-yellow. Caribbean was kinda dry and had unpleasant glitter - and i like glitter.

It also has better staying power than Orpheus. A lot less smudgy.

I have Blackline, too, and i love it, but i find the Pearlglides are smudgier on me than the Kohl Powers. Blackline is blacker than Orpheus, although it, too, has gold in it. Orpheus is off-black with an all-over gold sheen, whereas Blackline is off-black with gold sparkles. I'm pretty light with hazel eyes, so Orpheus works well on me - they both do. People with different coloring may have different experiences.

My package arrived! I absolutely love Adored - it's gorgeous, and I'm far from a metallic finish fan. It's so fine that it really doesn't enhance fine lines or enlarged pores (and I have both). I think the real hero in this launch is the 159. For those who love subtle highlight and are up for adding to their brush collection, this brush is a must have. I've only tried it with Adored, but I think this brush will solve all of my application issues with other frosty highlighters like Stereo Rose or Redhead. I like the colour of both but I had trouble getting a subtle application just where I wanted and having them blend in just right. I have a fan brush so that takes care of the light application, but it doesn't really blend. The 188 isn't nearly as precise as the 159.

I've never bought a back up brush, but I think I'm about to. One won't be enough.

My Adored is mostly beige with some coral on each side. It reminds me a bit of Shell Pearl in that the colour doesn't show, but it provides a gorgeous highlight. I'm certain this could be far more intense than SP (I normally apply that with my 130 to get a heavier application), but it's still a look I'd wear to work. What did surprise me is just how powdery Adored is; it kicks up as much 'dust' as Fresh Honey MB. I just dragged the 159 across the surface a couple of times and the black external ring had quite a lot of powder on it.

I'm very proud of myself for putting both Narcissus and Fever Isle straight into my small back up stash. I can tell I'll love both, but I have a bunch of l/g open and want to finish at least three of them before I open these. I'm glad I got a Heroine l/l b/u as well. With Heroine, FMP and now Narcissus I know I'll use it a lot. I also like using Heroine l/l with some plummy shades.

Now...I need to resist Lust. I have Redhead and Definitely Defined. No. Just no. (Maybe I'll check it out in store tomorrow).

Sneak peek is on my blog! Didn't have time to do the swatches yet, but I took the close-up pics in natural lighting so the colour should be accurate (depending of your monitor).

Link is in my signature!

I just talked to a MAC MUA, and the only MSFs from this collection he recommended for darker skin tones (NC50+) were Gold Deposit (highlighter), and Rio for a nice contour color. What do you ladies think about that?
