I have the same issues, that's probably why I've only bought colors that I can apply to the lips as well.
Erine said she had the same issue with cream blushes. Well, at least it's not user error if we're all having the same problem! It's kind of one of those moments!

I have. The pigmentation is amazing! I think it is more often associated with theater makeup but Ben Nye used to be (and in some cases still is) the go-to makeup for film and theater.
The pigmentation is fantastic!
Awesome! I'm looking at the essential and theatrical palettes (tho i think there are 2 overlapping colours) for personal use. If i like em i might buy a set for my kit. The colours look gorgeous!

Yeah they sink into the skin. You either have to load up on extra blush on the initial application, or apply it on top of powder (to avoid sinking in) and set with powder, which rids the finish of the dewiness, which is one of the traits that people tend to like of cream blushes in the first place. I can make mine work if i have to, but these are all reasons of why I'm selling all of mine. That and i just don't use them anymore.

I think you'll love them. I think they are a very overlooked brand

Off topic but Erine.. Is it possible for you to tell me what product this could be from MAC? The photo was uploaded in the SS14 Barcelona Fashion Week album on their Facebook

....I loved this fluidline so much....it is really too bad that it is d/c!
Looks like a fluidline I have called Blue Peep, lovely product but sadly discontinued. Would be lovely if it (Or something similar) was to be brought back.

I saw that too! They didn't list what it was (one of my biggest pet peeves is when makeup looks are posted and it's not listed what is used  ), but you can easily get the look by using matte shadow or pigment of the same colour and mixing it with MAC's eyeliner MM.

Lol me too, especially when people ask what was used and no reply from the artist. Thank you though, I will have to go hunting for an awesome teal shadow

I'm looking at Ben Nye shadows right now (which are a son of a bitch to find swatches of!), and I'd suggest the matte turquoise shadow. It looks to be a dead on match to that colour!
