I picked up Pink Pepper and Damson last week because my MAC only had 1 of each left. I'm a coral whore but I think I could've done without Pink Pepper. It looks like a more sparkly expensive pink on me.

I went to get Damson today and they were sold out so I got Deeply Dashing but if Damson is still available online on Wednesday I'll order it then.

I tried to stay away from this collection but I caved and bought Damson due to all the enabling here.
I'm thinking about doing a look with Damson on the lid (or at least in the centre part of the lid) and Burnt Burgandy pigment in the crease to bring out the plummy redness. Perhaps something gray/black in the outer corner for more smokiness...

Hi MACGirl. I've never posted any pictures on Specktra before but if I manage to get a good one of my experiment I'll see if I can post it.
Burnt Burgandy has unfortunately been discontinued.
I think Sketch or Deep Damson (MAC Pro) would be suitable replacements though. I'm not sure if any of the MAC Pro stores would still have this pigment floating around since it's been awhile since it was d/c'd. Such a shame since it's a fairly easy matte pigment to work with, I love it in the crease with colours like Club and Blue Brown.

I'll have to give it a try sometime! SLN is a pretty good colour for me in general so it does go with a lot of things.
