MAC Pressed Pigments Collection (August 2013)

I got my first PP today! Deeply dashing I tried quickly on my eyes just using my finger. It looked very nice but mostly just got the glittery part. I know some of these are not very pigmented but are there any ways to get the brown color to show more? These little guys are awesome, I want more! Lol

:nods: it's really purdy. I like it with deeper plums in the inner and outer corner of the eye with moth in the center.

Layers, got it! I went to Mac today and spent $120. Felt weird not getting anything LE but I was in need of my essentials and it felt good to stock up.

Yeah this is the one product where you want to do 2-3 layers and it's a good thing! :nods:

Gotta stay out of this thread ...... way too many pretty pictures! I could not resist. PP is not a color that I would normally order but all the pictures have been gorgeous.

Today i'm wearing Gilt Morsel, a pale gold shadow from the Indulge collection, on my eyelid...
with Damson PP in the crease and the outer V, and Summer Honey PP from the crease up to my brow.
Lined with Gilt Gourmet gold Fluidline and New Hue plum colored mascara.
I wear glasses, so it isn't all screamingly obvious - i hope.

I dunno but i keep reaching for for these new PP colors. I love sparkle and i'm not getting fall-out from the new batch, although Too Faced Glitter Glue helped with the previous release.

That stuff is amazing, isn't it?! I like it so much for shadows and pigments that have fall out and it's the reason I would give Damson a try if it'll be released here.

All of the recent MAC collections are letting me down! The swatches of these pigments look boring IMO.

I just got off the phone with the pro store in A'dam and they said they have no news re: the piggies yet but that there is a chance of the collection being released in December or thereabouts. She said there was more demand for glittery stuff now than when the earlier pressed piggies were released. I hope she's right - a delayed release is better than no release!

If we get the collection here I'll grab Pink Pepper and Damson. A CP is out of the question for PPs because I don't think they'd survive the transit

Yes!

I still think it's strange that the piggies made it everywhere else in Europe but not here. Those Pearlfusions look pretty glittery too but we have those.

I really like Damson paired with a light gold shadow. I could wear Damson daily!
