What's your Mac shade? I bought EE and PP. Private Party is more plum than mauve on me. EE is simply Grey but I like it.

I love private party....but E.E...lippie...was so drab..on me...and to wear it , you have to tweak it to wear it, adding a liner and gloss to make it work...lol..on my skin...Mac taupe or teddy looks the same exact as E.E...on me no difference...that's great u like it ..lol

Oh ok. but if you in your 20's , you young! U not older than 30 ..lol..I'm past 35...but look 27...so my genes are good too ..but when I lost weight the baby face went away... That's why they say when you young..I had to lose weight, so if I waited til I got older to lose weight...the skin on the face will sag...lol . That's good u do

Got my lippies a few days ago... PP is a Mauvy wine color on me. Pretty vampy for my pale self. Theres a very very slight purpleness to it. Love it for fall! I paired it with Magenta l/l, loved it! It brings out the mauve/purple more. Like a lot have said, GFI is more of a layering shade. Or applied very lightly for a pinky gold sheen. But I love buildible shades like this! Can't wait to put it over Venus l/s.

Exclusive Event isn't a dupe for Nude. If I had missed Nude and had to settle for EE I would not be a happy camper. I bought it and I like it, but I would prefer to wear it with a liner. It's not as warm or wearable on my skin as Nude. It kinda looks like pigeon poo on me alone. I got my beloved You've Got It cremesheen glass. I'm almost out of my original so I'm glad it came back. I also got You've Got It lipstick. It's really pretty, but the frostiness makes me feel like I can't wear it alone. Thinking of things to use with it. Will probably layer it with other lipsticks. Oh and Mac didn't have the red lipstick or EE. I had to go to Nordstroms to get EE and see the red. The MUA at Mac said they just didn't get it in the shipment. :dunno: For some reason I am having strange interactions with other Mac customers on launch day. I walk in right behind a woman and she's standing square in front of the display. So I go off to the side and reach over for whatever she's not holding, obviously and she looks at me like I just snatched her purse. Oh, is this a waiting line. hboy: And I guess in some effort to cockblock me she gave the MUA the items she wanted from the display. Either that or she's incapable of remembering product names. This entire time she's glancing over at me. We check out at the same time and she's looking over at me still. Then, when we walk out, she's a couple of steps behind me but she puts great effort in to pick up her pace so that she can surpass me, while still looking back at me!! :lol: People, man.

After wearing EE and playing with it over the weekend pretty disappointed with it. My online order is going back lol. Keeping YGI CSG though, it's perfect on its own or layered over a nude LS to me. I'm taking PP CSG back to the store too. I feel like it was a purchased for no real reason at all lol. So all in all, I've only gotten YGI CSG, YGI LS, EE LS, and PP LS. The only thing I BU'd was YGI CSG. More money for Magnetic Nude and Punk Couture! How stupid lmao! Those kinds of ppl make me want to Chun Li kick them in the clavicle. Stop hovering all over the display biihhhhh lolol!

Looked at the collection on the website, and I have to say, I am not excited about this and will be skipping getting anything from this collection. The only thing that really peaked my interest is the purple fluidline and Past Midnight shadow. I might cave and get those.

NC50/NW45...I can't really explain PP, it just was not something I wanted to wear. I think my mom would love it but, too dated for me. AS for EE, it's light but with the right liner, I think it would be good.

I feel the same way about pp the more swatches i see the more I'm convinced that I won't like it on myself.

I picked up two of the MSF, Perfectly Poised and Scene to Be Seen. I love PP but I really have to use a light hand with that one. The beige part is deceiving. I really thought it would be a soft, natural glow but, it really packs a pink punch! Topped with the bronze part, PP is quickly becoming one of my favorite highlighters. I have worn it the last two days and will wear it again today. It reminds me of my Bobbi Brown Brownie Shimmer Brick which is one of my favorites. Kinda think I should back it up but all I need is a little so it will last a long time. I have not used STBS but loved the swatches I have seen and loved it in store.

Lavish Living was the only blush I purchased. So pretty in the pan but, just like Perfectly Poised, packs a lot of punch! I used it with PP yesterday and it was shimmer overload. I had to go back over all of it with Vintage Grape. I really like how all three products looked together and plan to wear that combo again today. I didn't even look at Talk of the Town but I will go back and check it out. Love the multicolor shimmer I have seen in swatches. I think it will make a great blush topper or highlighter.

As for the eyeshadows, I only picked up Tonight's Temptation but, I love almost all of them. I plan to go back for Until Dawn and Past Midnight but, I may also be adding Exquisite Ego and maybe Captivating to that purchase. I loved Until Dawn! Something about it makes it seem different from anything else in my collection. Until Dawn and Exquisite Ego seems to melt into my skin and look magical! Loved the gold part of Captivating but, the white part is really white and reminds me of cottage cheese, which I hate, and I may have a hard time getting past that. We will see.

Overall, I love this collection and which, from here on out, ever MAC Mineralize collection will be as great, if not better, as this one.

I wore Perfectly Poised today and liked it. I just swirled both colors. So you're saying you put on the pink and then the bronze on top of it?

Got my black box yesterday. I decided on Private Party, You've got it creamsheen and Lavish living Blush.

You've got it is a nice nude gloss on me. I thought it would be milky but it's prefect. I may give the lipstick a chance.
Private Party Lipstick is a nice office party/christmas at the folks purple but it runs pinky on me. I was hoping for a darker color...
Lavish Living is just as Liba described...nothing special straight on but once you turn to the side it's really pretty...beautiful sheen (i have it on in both pics)
