I'm sorry misfitted. It looks so pretty in the pic huh? I kept staring at it last night. I'll try the products this weekend.

It doeeess! I didn't expect to be interested in the gloss but it looks tempting too!

Im around NW20, the nude pulls very gray on me, id only get it if you want to wear that type of color. Riri nude looks better on my skintone.
hmm guess I'll skip then, I'm NW15 so it will probably be similar. Unfortunately nude is sold out so I won't be getting that one. I am also interested in the one from magnetic nude, forget the name but its a cool caramel color. It might be in the same family as Nude and EE but more wearable for me, I hope

You're actually tempting me to get it more. I've been wanting to get a gray shade and this is making me think of a warm version of Lime Crime's Chinchilla. Not the same, obviously, but it makes me think of that. I'll be heading by my counter tonight to try EE and Lavish Living for sure now

I haven't been tempted by Nude or EE but I'm interested in that cool caramel too. Oh, and you look beautiful!

Orpheus is awesome :) I dont think you can go wrong that it! I've not used my raven much as I personally don't see much red to it when its applied, its a very subtle blackened burgundy.
Thanks! Orpheus seems nice and Raven looks darker than I expected in swatches

I'm seriously thinking about getting the Viva Glam bag. I like the way VG1 looks but I'm wondering if I'll really wear it since I've basically kicked all of my reds to the side for RRW.
I am in the same boat. Also, I have yet to even try Just A Bite or Absolute Power. So, I feel like I have plenty of reds, and Runaway Red is my favorite. (although I really like Ronnie Red, Ruffian Red, and Deeply Adored). If VG1 is similar to DA, I would get it though.

I got Talk of the Town. The MAC description is soooo waaaaay off: “warm brown base with yellow bronze”, my hind quarters! After reading that i was sure it would be a bronze that would not work on me at all. In reality, it is a sheer, pale, warm pink with amazing golden shimmer. Well, shimmer is really the wrong word. There are no glittery bits in it. It just glows when the light hits it. I think it's probably better for those with a warm complexion, but could work on some with a cool complexion. On me, 15-20 Neutral, it is a blush - definitely adds color - and a highlight all in one. On a darker complexion i suspect it will just be a highlight, but a gorgeous one.

I also bought Center of Attraction; i haven't used it yet, but i did test it. It's basically a two-tone highlighter. Since i have a "thing" for gold makeup, i couldn't pass it up - in fact, i originally thought it would be the ONLY MSF i'd get from this collection. The main light color is like TotT in that it is sheer and pale but has an amazing glow - lest i confuse anyone, it is a completely different color than TotT. Meanwhile, the darker part is VERY gold and does have some sparkly bits in it, so it's only a highlighter and not for all over the face. If you don't like bits in your makeup, you won't like this part much. But do test the lighter part. I think it's pretty and pretty special. This one, i suspect, is only for warm complexions. But if you have a reason to wear gold makeup, this is a good thing to have in your cosmetic arsenal.
I agree about Talk of the Town! I just got it today and certainly isn't a brown base with yellow bronze! I'm NW20 and on me it is a neutral medium pink with a little bit of coral and a shimmery glow. I think it is very pigmented and I have to say I disagree with Temptalia's review, and I think her swatches are way off on this one. It is beautiful for perking up a dull winter complexion, especially on fair skin, and I can see myself reaching for this a lot as a date-night or evening out kind of look. Would be really fab with a matte lip - I had it on today with Flat Out Fabulous from the Retro Mattes. I originally passed right over this one but I'm glad my very favorite MA at MAC tried it on me today.

If it had a touch more pink or beige i wouldve liked it more, but even with full make up on, the gray tones are very strong in it.

I just picked up Perfectly Poised from the MAC store. I was able to swatch it next to S&G and Gold Deposit to see the difference - very pretty. I also went to pick up Style blush and the SA applied it to my face with PP and it was perfection on my skin tone. I am really on a no buy until December, its going to be hard. lol. The ladies in the store told me don't even bother taking off work to stand in line for RiRi holiday. They get really limited product. Ugh.

My store was having an event today so I went in to get my makeup done. It was a new guy who mostly works in Hollywood doing special effects makeup, but he freelances at MAC events too. I asked for RUNWAY and I got it! I only wish I had a decent camera - I took a photo with my laptop's camera, which sucks, but you can see my momcat Mojo being cuddly.

You can see how incredible the skin came out - we used the new liquid Mineralize foundation in NC15 with some of the bronze strobe elixir from Temperature Rising, then finished with glorious Centre of Attention. On the eyes, which are hard to see, we used the plum & pink MES from Divine Night, Past Midnight, with the pale color on the lids and the plum color mostly under the eye, mixed with Contrast, to get this really rich, vibrant blurple color. I'd brought Runway Hit in, but we wound up using Brave lipstick with a little Angel gloss on top - looks very much like the way Haute Altitude looks on me, so if I need to touch it up tonight, that's what I'll use.

If I can get a better picture later tonight when I go out, I will post it - no kitty in that one, though!

Yay! A Liba sighting! And Mojo the kitty! Liba, you look gorgeous. I need to try that foundation...

I saw the rest of the sets today and I am getting the coral creme sheen set. The red in it is gorgeous, a warmer red. The pigment sets are nice, the vials are bigger than before. Kind of bulky. Here are some pics
