Being rude is inexcusable. It has to take time to actually find out what happened, & then discuss it with the designers PS & lawyers as to how they will handle it. It is a bit more complicated because of the licensing. Legal contracts HAVE to be honored.

I hope MAC does some sweet talking and throws themselves at the mercy of Proenza (it is two gents but I like using the brand name to simplify) because I do hope they'll allow them to at least fix this mistake. This is the definition of rock and hard place: MAC pissed off its customer, MAC likely pissed off its business partner too. To me it seems like they were at the real edge of the line trying to get this product out to stores and stocked on websites and clearly it all went to pot soon after.

MAC just needs to chill, sometimes I think they're running harder and going crazier than they make their customers trying to keep up with this collection schedule and all these big name colabs and such. This could have been awesome and instead its now just chaos.

So many people posted that when they actually used a brush the pigmentation was great

I received my order today I ordered SB and got OC, I don't even think i'm going to bother to try and get in contact with Mac, as i'm sure i'll get the same song and dance as everyone else.
I'll just stick with OC and try to get SB over nordstrom.

At least my Manngrove wasn't wobbly.

MAC is definitely at a crossroads place not only because of this release chaos, but riri & all kinds of chaos & rudeness in the mix. But for this, Proenza & their lawyers are going to have the last say in what happens.

I understand the frustration with MAC - I got NOTES!!!

LOL I think you might be right. So basically if she had been sent the products, it would have been given something more like a C+ or B-?

No, it is NOT an F. Many of us have posted that the blush is beautiful when you use a brush lol.

Dominque explained that ombre blushed are made differently. So when you swatch with your finger you may not get a lot of color, but when you use the correct brush, you will. Its pigmented

Thank you! Honestly I really don't trust her ratings, generally I just use her for swatches. What brush would you recommend? Any regular blush brush?

I grabbed a big fat fluffy brush - MAC 136 but if you cannot get a blush to show up, use a 109.

I used two different: this morning I actually used a stippling brush cause I didn't want to over pink my face. This afternoon I went with a J110 all out.

i used to lurk guru gossip occasionally. they are very very brutal, especially to her, but that was one of the things they said a lot about her/mac.

  they told me a supervisor needs to approve the refund, and i would get a call back in 24-48 hours. they also had the wrong number on file for me, even though i updated it when proenzagate began......
