Bits and pieces more than likely will but I don't think they'll be immediate sell outs. Could be wrong though.

I don't think so. Most people aren't fond of Sheen Supremes. If these were regular lipsticks and lipglasses, then I think they would go a lot quicker. As far as the blushes WW is the kind of color only certain people will like, and everyone already owns a blue-pink blush. I think the fluidlines will be the first to go.
Also, I've decided to drop Copperthorn from my list after Liba's review. I wouldn't wear it enough and typically do more of a smudgy liner look anyway. Can't really do that with a ton of glitter. Plus, a shimmery copper liner is a lot of look. Just gonna stick to Black Ivy, Green Room, and Deep Fixation.

I think this will definitely be a sleeper collection, with some major sleeper products.
I'm STILL on the fence about Copperthorn - like you say, it's a lot of look. It'll be best to approach it as a special occasion makeup item that you only expect to wear to a few, stand-out parties or the like and justify it by saying "I'll wear it 10 times, so it'll be like $2 per wear." This isn't one you will hit the bottom of the jar on, but it'll be the most dramatic look in the room, when you do wear it.
I hate to be enabler-city, but on you, Moody Bloom is going to be gorgeous. Definitely take a look at it, if you see it in person. I think it's the perfect lippie in this collection to go with Green Room and BI on the eye. I really don't think there will be a single photo of it on the internet that will be able to capture its amazingness.

I don't have many special occasions as a college student lol. I try to justify my makeup purchases by really only getting items I know I will wear often (That was the reason I skipped Punk Couture and Dodgy Girl). It's funny, in the winter, I would go to class rocking a full on smoky eye, but I never have much use for glittery products. I feel like I have to plan my whole look around them and it's hard (for me, anyway) to make them look casual. But who knows, maybe I'll see Copperthorn in-person and decide I need it lol.
Moody Bloom really does look interesting! Can't think of anything in my stash remotely similar. I love bronze and love plum so

If you had to get only one thing from this collection and getting maximum use out of it was the priority factor, I'd say Black Ivy easily for anyone, #1 and then Moody Bloom #1 for people who are lip product fanatics first and foremost and who are good with a little sheerness and warmth. Did MAC change their brush numbers? My 266 is a slanted tip eyeliner brush. I'll have to go look to see if it changed. I wouldn't use the one I have for powdered eye shadowPBI... I like the 266 for powder products but I prefer a synthetic brush like the 208 for gel liners.Thanks! Will look at the 266

It actually works well if you want to do liner with a dark powder shadow. I use it with gel too. I keep wanting a 208 or 263, though, just because the shorter hairs might make certain types of liner looks even faster and easier.

I think you've crossed me over in to wanting Moody Bloom. It's sounding so unique and gorgeous each time you talk about it. Nothing so far has sounded negative for me. I'm on board!

It kind of looks like a big gaping whole, with nothing really new, right? Last year we had some good collections in July, but this year July is looking rather boring. You would think with all the stuff they bring out all year round, that they could have put something ... at least one good collection ... in July. Does anyone know if there is goiing to be the Lady Gaga Project???

I agree. I think there's been one or two really got to have products from each collection and I purchased a few things, but I want the wow factor. I haven't hear about Lady Gaga. I'm hoping these swatches are awesome though

BTW, maybe someone out there can help me figure out what this stands for: OMGWTFBBQ I've got the first first six letters figured out, but the BBQ isn't making sense to me. All I keep thinking about is BBQ food. I guess I'm hungry!
