Thank you very much for the insight @Liba, it really is helping me to decide if anything is worth trekking to the store to check out or not.
This collection is very cool, with some exceptional products for the eyes, not to mention the SSs and blushes, which may or may not be for everyone but are high quality. It's definitely worth checking out in a store! I don't think seeing everything in person will make you over-buy things that you don't need or that don't look good on you, but you may find a couple of things that you love and will use a lot.

I know I am going to be wearing the things I get all through the year, rather than just seasonally, because the colors work for summer, fall, winter and even spring, depending on how you mix and match them. Plus, I'm going to be wearing BI more often than I wear plain old black gel liner - it's that gorgeous.

EDIT: I didn't go hog wild with Osbournes, so I guess it's easy for me to be comfy about getting things in this collection. This is a more useful, 24/7 sort of collection than anything in Kelly and more interesting than the pretty-but-plain Sharon stuff. If you did go hog wild and need to skip, I bet Romance Novel will have some of the feel of this collection but a little more fallsy, so that's good too.

I've had a chance to swatch 4 of the products :) I hope this is helpful!

In my opinion, Blooming Mad is a slightly less red-toned, frost version of Stars 'N Rockets, which is a veluxe pearl (going to try to take comparison swatches sometime soon if I have a min). Pretty, and the lilac flash is good when patted over a dark base, but does require being built up a little on its own because it is slightly firmer in texture. Not hard to work with per say, but not as pigmented as most veluxe pearl shadows for example.

Lucky Green is perm and one of my all-time favorite MAC greens. Buy it if you don't own it! You can save money and just grab the pan for $10 if you prefer (like me) to create your own palettes.

Copperthorn is GORGEOUS in my opinion and as long as it's patted rather than swipped it works beautifully imo. This actually didn't flake off like some other past flaky fluidlines, but had amazing staying powder for me. Love it on the lower inner corners of the eye. Worth it imo if it sounds like something your'e looking for!

Pheromonal is really lovely, though not necessarily a shade I don't already own (and will continue to buy) 10 times over if you're a pink lippy lover like me. Nonetheless, I love sheen supremes and this one worked beautifully for me!

Excuse the tired face! I'm roughly an NC25-30

I didn't go too wild with it at all surprisingly! I was actually surprised with my haul being smaller than originally thought. :) I'll definitely try to get up to the store after work on launch day to really look it over. Never know I might discover some gems :)

Love the swatches. Pheromonal looks delicious. Phenomenal even.

Her photos didn't do it justice - honestly, it's so much better live and on the lips, but it's definitely sheer.

When you're wearing it, you will see plum and a little red and gold along with the bronze, depending on how the light hits it - it's seriously multi-chrome. It might be so-so on fair NWs because of all the bronze, which is quite warm, and it also may be better on fuller lips, so that there's more surface area to show off the effect, but overall, it's so unusual!! I can't wait to bring it home.

I was always a little iffy on the darker SS shades anyway….I think it's very safe to say there will be something similar in the fall that you won't have to guess about before buying. Money saved!

There will be others - I'm not going to try to snag one. Too many hassles and question marks about it to skip trying before buying for me!

DF is a neutral color, although a little more on the smokey side. It's not super dark - just medium, plus it blends out really well. I found AL more common looking and it's a skip for me. I'd say just split the difference and get DF and one from Artificially Wild with your B2Ms.
I am going to take your advice about MB SS and give it a shot, I could stand to have a product in that color family in my collection. I know have things similar to VV SS too, so I'll hold for the fall shades. Thanks for the advice, you're the best.

We will feel so much better about ourselves after his haul lol.

It is like soul cleansing or whatever after AA and the Osbourne's so we don't kick ourselves all summer long. We will just remember the receipt for this one and be GTG.
Stalking it is ....

Love your eye look! Reminds me of a Korean makeup trend I saw somewhere on the Internet where they put some glitter just under the innermost part of the lower lashline to make it look like there are small teardrops there. Very pretty.

Lol - i hadn't been online for a while and came back in this thread and wondered what happened to the f/l choo choo train….

Anyways, just hold off and check it out in person and then decide. I'm sure it'll be available in stores for a few days at least - this collection won't bring the madness like Osbournes did.
The Black Ivy fluidline train is still well and alive (I think lol)

All aboard?
