Finally saw the Rouge Coco today. I wasn't wowed by any of them, so Arthur is still the only one I own.

Catherine is pretty, but I had to swipe 5x or more to get any colour on my hand, and £26 is a lot to pay just to have a lipstick with my name on it ...
I bought it and honestly can say it's so pretty on! x

I love the name Emilienne... so beautiful but I am not so sure I should be buying makeup based on names haha

I picked up Suzanne today at Nordstrom. The MUA who did my look paired her with Tisse Camelia. It's such a perfect combo- so soft and spring. Not sure if Suzanne is a color I would've picked myself, but it's fantastic. A nice mid-toned berry, IMO.

I tried Suzanne on myself this afternoon and remained very pleased with the outcome

I have Olga, Gabrielle, Cécile and Emilienne, well the new RC is a good go-to lipstick but pigmentation is a bit weak IMO, today I read on a blog that the lipstick was to be applied with a brush. Otherwise, it doesn't work that well.

I have Arthur, Emilienne, Coco, Roussy, Adrienne, Catherine, Olga, and Elise... I agree about the good go-to lipstick and also agree about pigmentation... some are stronger than others... I've also found that with a lip brush they are so much better and last so much longer, non the less I still love them! x

Interesting, I'll have to apply mine with a brush! But, honestly, when I buy a $30+ lipstick, I want it to look and apply well from the tube! Who brings around lip brushes for touchups? I certainly don't.

I have worn Vera the last couple of days. It's nice, the color (thankfully) a little colder on the lips than in the tube, but I do think it's rather transparent for a "real" lipstick.

Btw, when I bought it, the Chanel SA told me that in general we get more lipsticks in Europe because European women buy more lipsticks whereas American women buy more blushers. I found that interesting.

I do a layer or two at home with a lip brush which then gives a foundation and then just apply it from the bullet and its absolutely fine x

I think Vera and Louise are the least pigmented two in the whole collection. I loved Vera in the tube but it was literally invisible on my pigmented lips. I was bummed about that. I guess I need to move to Europe because there's no way I buy more blushes than lipsticks.

I haven't ever noticed (at least for Chanel collections) that Europe gets more lipsticks than the US. Is that true?

Europe usually has less product than us. I like this lippies. Good hydrating power, and the colours stay qite natural, even when they are bright

*raises hand* I have a small lip brush that lives in the bag that goes with me.

I like to use the brush that comes with Illusion d'Ombres. It's a great size and seems pretty close to Chanel's angled lip brush.
