I find this happens to me with most mattes/retro mattes. They're high maintenance but I love the look. Can't win, lol. Love BK.

So I received my Summer Opal today. I kind of lost the excitement for it because I was almost definitely sure that it would end up being used and I would have to make a very irritated call to Bloomingdale's... but it came NEW or at least it looks new from every possible angle so I think it's safe to say it's new and it has the plastic cover over the powder. lol The last experience made me paranoid, so have been doing thorough checks since I got it. lol I was just worried that this might be a powder like Refined Golden that I used 10 times before it showed any use, but I don't think that's the case with this. The exterior of the compact had a lot of finger prints on it which I cleaned off with some alcohol pads and I hope it came from people working at the store and not whoever returned it. I think I'm done with this collection unless someone spots BK or FS.

Yayyy! I'm thinking of getting Refined Golden from the W&D collection...to use as an all-over.

I passed on LJ bc I thought it was too close to Dodgy Girl (and I have a back up of Dodgy Girl so it's not even like it would be a close enough back up) but I absolutely love my Burmese Kiss and I love the packaging and now I want LJ lol
