I ordered, I must have been one of the earliest, there was lagging but it went through in a few mins - plus using Paypal to checkout slowed me down a bit. All up it was probably about 4-5 mins but it felt very slow.

I wanted to get Bianca B for my friend's birthday and it took FOREVER! The site kept crashing and then it wanted me to put in my address even though I have an account and everything. Total gong show! Unbelievable!

I always do paypal checkout. It takes you off site and it processes quickly. Taking me back to mac took a minute or two but after I clicked place order I got the email even though it was still loading on the site.

On the plus side, this is one way to keep EBay buyers away or at least slow them down right? Haha Sorta.

I think it could actually make it worse. A lot of regular customers will give up after a few minutes of this crap, but I'm betting the ebayers won't quit til they've got their orders in. I could see a lot more stock ending up with resellers if MAC doesn't fix the site.

Someone said "quick" but it took too long to add it so i just hit "place order" EDIT: It's "quick!" For same day shipping at $2

Sucks that the website is such a mess. We still have the old one here, I'm wondering if they're testing it in the US first and will improve things before they roll it out everywhere else.
