I can't see the cart yet either....can anybody tell if there is a pro discount applicable? I may be wasting my time for nothing...

I can see my cart and it is not applicable. I cannot check out and am about to leave the site. Really, it's fine. It shouldn't be this much work.

OMG this stupid new site! I decided I wanted Margherita after all and want to pick up another Bianca B for my friend but the site won't let me checkout. It just keeps loading but doesn't load. I'm glad I got what I wanted most already bc if this was my whole stalk I would be having a panic attack right now. Why did they have to mess with the site! I don't care much since I got my things already but it's making me pissed off for future launches where I will rely on the Mac site

I think it was fine just when the collection launched but as traffic increased went downhill from there!!

I never cared for macs pro card because you have to pay for a discount. So now you're paying, AND waiting 2 weeks? Isn't the whole point of the program so that pros have access FIRST? That is so stupid. I get that the discount is nice paid for or not, but that whole system doesn't seem right to me.if I had a membership I would cancel it. *edit: I also don't see how that stops ebayers if that's the logic. They just end up raising their prices. It seems like mac should just be more selective about who they approve, and stop penalizing the pros.

I am an Mua and I use limited items all the time. It helps me keep the girls who like Mac interested, because usually they have all the regular colors and are bored with them. So pros do use limited items...ijs

I wanted to go back and order Margherita but I can't even add it to my cart or login to my account. I just got a server error message. They will definitely hear about this launch. It is horrible.

Well I just got off the phone with MAC online. They agreed their website sucks ass lol. They were not helpful as usual but at least they know. They did say that they had 150 people waiting on hold to talk to a customer service person. Quick was not working for me when I tried to check out so that's why I called to see if they would update it and she said they may or may not do it. It just depends. I'm like its the least you can do for all this struggle I was going through with this wonky ass site. Then she tried to act like she never heard of that code.

Wow that was bad. Got to the final step of check out and the place order button wouldn't show up. I noticed it was easier to check out on Firefox than Chrome.

I'm not saying Pros don't use them, but the whole concept of the discount is so you have more of an initiative to buy their regular stock. As pros we don't NEED the LE stock - it's just nice to have. I'm assuming that's the general feeling from MAC about it.

I actually hate the look of the new site. I loved the old one since it was so simple to navigate.It's ridiculous! I think the site looks nice now, but what's the point in a nice site that doesn't work?
