I actually hate the look of the new site.  I loved the old one since it was so simple to navigate.
I don't like it either, I actually don't even think it looks cool or modern, it reminds me a photography website. A lot of them have that flashy set up to show work, but it doesn't work for a shopping site! What sucks is even with all the complaints I know they won't go back to the old site they'll just try to fix this one which the way it is now I have a feeling is still going to be some degree of clunky.
I'm surprised nothing is sold out yet 
I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the day everything is still in stock bc no one can check out!

Well, at least I got to tell the Mac Corporate guy yesterday how horrible the site is...then this happens on launch day...can I say...told ya so

I must have hit place order 1000 times because it never said my order was accepted. Then, I get a "thank you for your order" email. I just hope my order does not get duped. MAC executives should be ashamed of themselves for rolling out this horrible excuse for a website. A trained monkey could have created something better. Their IT people should be fired for incompetence. After the Proenza blush screw up and the Pedro Lourenco lipgloss screw up, you would think MAC would be more diligent. It doesn't matter how pretty something looks if it doesn't work!

I ordered Charlotte, the gloss and the new mascara from MAC and Tats and Eugenie from Nordstrom. I should have just gone to Macys for all of it to avoid this stress. Oh well,

Absolutely no one at Macy's Herald Sq and nothing sold out. They even have BB. Which I might add is indeed chalky looking on my hand! Yikes. NW45

In Macy's, no flash. It's rainy outside so I can't get a nice pic.
Don't mean to be slightly creepy, but I think I saw you. I literally just walked in paid for two Eugenies and walked out....

They really had to break something that was just fine or even really good even with high traffic!! All the unnecessary flash and pics and what not lol

!! Didnt matter so much with Le Disko bec it really was a low key launch.
I think it was fine just when the collection launched but as traffic increased went downhill from there!!
What about that HUGE photo that goes across the whole computer screen of the big blue butterfly

At least thats what it did for me when I clicked view all collections button LOL!

I even told the mac guy yesterday that they didn't need that huge photo going across the whole darn screen & then it didn't even list the collections
