OMG this is freaking ridiculous... I can not place an order. That is a total fail- designing a shopping website that you can't shop on. Good job MAC.

After 30 minutes fighting online (and laughing all the while cause I knew it wouldn't work) I took my happy little self to another counter and bought what I wanted. I got Bianca B (which is GHOSTLY white with a hint of pink on my NC45 skin lol) and Eugenie. Mixed tho, they are gorgeous!

Gorgeous on you!  I'm glad I went back & bought another of it. Does it have a bit of a rose tone to the fuchsia?
thank you!! ️I'd say it's def more full on fuschia than rose (on my skin tone at least) but I think tats is one of those colors that looks good on everyone. I only planned to pick up eugenie since I don't need anymore hot pinks but I was sold on tats when I swatched it yesterday. so glad I changed my mind!

I agree--it's all the e-commerce functions of the site that don't work. The splash screens aren't necessary, but they sort of work. It's the add to cart, sign in, check out. You know, the important stuff. I'm done. I tried on MAC's site for over an hour and no luck.

I called the pro number and they can't take phone orders at time due to technical difficulties. She referred me to MAC stores and department store websites (like Macy's, Nordstrom, which are sold out).

On the good news side of things, I placed a pre-order for a Tom Ford cream. So, there's that.

Whenever MAC has screwed me over, Tom Ford has comforted me with its luxurious goodness! Go, you!!!

Sucks that the website is such a mess. We still have the old one here, I'm wondering if they're testing it in the US first and will improve things before they roll it out everywhere else.
I hope so, but I wouldn't count on it. I've been emailing them about this sign-in problem since the new site launched.

I just got an email from MAC Pro Tech, saying they are working on the issue. They say "keep trying!!" I said "good luck!"

OMG no, I can't believe everyone is having so much trouble! Maybe it's the time and especially now after they sent out the text about the collection. I placed mine at 8:55am from my cell (one second it was "coming soon", then I refreshed and "add to cart" was there) and had no issues aside from the site scrolling after you click something (which is the general nature of the mobile site it seems) and having the anxiety about adding a sample or how to even bypass that since I'm not familiar with this site. I had already entered the card I was going to use a couple nights ago on all the websites to make it easier. Ugggh, I hope they get their act together. The site is CRAP. It's nice if you're looking at artwork and the models, but if you want to actually order something, CRAP.

This website is taking me back to 1999, when websites loaded pixel by pixel. PAINFULLY SLOW. It took me 45 mins to checkout with Margherita. Each click would take 5-10 mins to load. Hope it was worth the trouble. P.S, I used the code "txt" for free standard shipping to Canada on a $40 order.

Haha, I went on MAC just to try and pseudo place an order. My Macy's order and Nordi's orders both shipped in the time I was waiting for one page to load. How about that LOL?!?

OMG, I realize how ridic I looked posting that all excited, but they said the ship date was going to be the 13th and I'm also so used to placing an order and getting the samples right away then having to wait for what I actually ordered and wanted. Tats is for my sis, so I guess Bianca B I'm the most excited for, lol, but after swatching it just now I'm a little scared, lmaooo! The AA girls there were like, you need to mix it in with something. They were doing ombre's, etc. I don't like buying lipsticks I have to work too hard with but at the same time I have a lot of pastels that I wear alone without any probs so we'll see. It's definitely more white than pink and you can't even see the pink in the pics, but it's there.

Oh btw, I mentioned to two sa's that the gloss reminds me of the one from the Cinderella collection (which I have) and they both said yup.

mac should run traffic test before they release the new layout! and I miss the older layout , much more easily to find what I need. The pictures of the new layout is too big for me.

Not from the site launch! I did get Charlotte and Eugenie last week and am now fixing to head to the mall for Tats and Margherita. Bianca B may pop in there too after seeing that gorgeous combo with Nightmoth. Lol
Charlotte & Eugenie will look amazing on you! I kind of want Margherita ...I dunno

I'm done. I can't do anything on the website. Signed in so many times it's not even fun. I called my counter and although they only received two of each, I was able to get what I wanted because they just opened. I'm so over the website.

This was what I got in my confirmation email about the code in case anyone has issues with it, and Mac pretends they've never heard of it. This has been appearing above order confirmations now.
Yes! Saw it after I placed the order of course in my confirmation email, then I put the code up in here. I doubt anyone saw it in the mayhem, lmaooo!
