smh i can't stand ppl like this, like why ?? I can't even feel bad for the ppl that fall for the hustle like no lipstick is ever that serious to fork over anything more than $10 over he actual price .

That price she was offering was basically only $10-$11 over the actual price. Here in NY with sales tax, mine came to $19.03. I've seen the same prices in the clearance bins here plenty of times, plus shipping, plus a minimum purchase. We all gas each other up and end up getting back ups for back ups, etc, but the fact of the matter is, unless MAC starts making tons of LE product, there will always be people who don't get it before it sells out, even if there weren't any resellers.

Hi, girls.  I've been MIA for what feels like forever. My grandmother died, and then I was out of town for a while. Got back last night and managed to snag Eugenie when it went up at Nordstrom (a HUGE thank you to the Specktrette who posted that link). I went back and forth on a few of the other lipsticks, but decided to just stick with what I knew would work for me (and that I didn't already have more than a dozen similar shades of).  Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has been posting swatches and links. hboy: Lovely! Thanks for the screencaps because I'm one of those lazy people who don't often check out YouTube videos. She looks gorgeous and I love the eye makeup. I wish Lena were an opalescent lipstick instead of a gloss in a pot. I fell asleep during the Nordstrom launch and decided to wait for the Mac launch as a last resort. My little sister thought I was crazy refreshing the active link since 7am and ordered exactly on the moment that It changed from coming soon to add to bag. The website is extremely terrible and lagged like molasses. I only bought one of each because of possible dupes.

I totally agree that the real problem is Mac 100% it just still seems really cheeky to me when I see a makeup item going for like $300 (Whisper of Gilt)

that's a main reason why i stopped getting bu's. lbr, i haven't made a single dent in any of the bu's i've gotten thru the years. i ended up giving them away as opposed to reselling it for a ridiculous amount. Even if I wanted an LE really bad the most i'll ever pay over retail is $5-10 and not a penny more. it's never that serious but i can see how ppl fall for the hustle because of the hype over LE's. oh well, you live and learn
