I know! We all need to email Macy's about it. Are they serious? Bloomies even has free shipping for Loyalists and they're the same company!! If they want to compete with Nordstrom they need to get it together.

It's absolutely crazy! I'd honestly rather take that $17.50 + $10 and go in stores and apply it towards a perm lippie and matching lip liner than one LE lipstick and shipping fees. Sigh!
