So was the buying experience using the MAC website better this time around? I don't know how many people were stalking this time but it probably was less this time than when it first launched.

Was a bit slow for me

I can not believe I missed Bianca again - I have been stalking all the sites since it launched..

I did get Tats, Margherita and Charlotte.

EDIT - I must have gotten the last Tats - it just went OOS.

Do they usually restock after it sells out, or is this a rarity?

I'm pretty new to this whole MAC thing so just trying to figure it all out!

Yes, usually Mac restocks at least once, but it always sells out SUPER fast - you have to have the stars align and be online right when it happens-- because when it restocks - it seems to be a very limited quantity.

EDIT: someone can correct me if I am wrong but the department stores usually do not restock.. except Nordstroms sometimes does - but again - it is limited quanitiy and it goes FAST!

I guess I got super lucky that I was on here posting my Tats selfie then because otherwise I would have missed it!

I bought a backup set. I'm not sure if I'll keep them all but I figured as long as I was online I might as well It's just odd fate that I didn't get any in the original release either online or in store (I was told by the Nordstrom's MAC rep that all Colorado Nord's sold out in 4 hours!), I purchased 4 of them off MUABS and 1 off an Instagram seller, and now I happened to be online to buy them for regular price.

I guess fate is telling me I was being too impatient last week but I had no idea they would restock. I thought when the original release sold out they were really sold out. Sigh.

Thanks Shars! Missed it too for the same reason!! I was driving But anyways...I managed to get a full set on launch day(s)...I'll just be content with what I have. Just checked--only Margherita and Lena are still available now.

Im glad the stars aligned for me because I was three seconds from going to ebay... which I may have to still if Bianca B dont turn up another way..

ompom:  I'm so excited! Thanks to the alertness of a specktrette here, I was able to pick up Eugenie off the CB! I paid only a few extra dollars (including shipping!) over the original $17.50. It was a totally fair price, and my day has been made. I was even lurking evil bay to see if I could snatch one at a "decent" price, my skippers remorse was that strong! I'm thankful for this community-- we really look out for each other!

I'm just missing Bianca B to complete my set, it feels like a mission now. At first I didn't even plan on buying the collection but now I have 4/5 of the lipsticks.

Missing Eugenie, my order from The Bay in Canada got cancelled yesterday after placing it on the 13th and the girl confirming on Friday or Thurs that it was shipping on Saturday.

Macy's had a partial restock a few days ago, IIRC. So there's hope.

I think Macy's had a glitch.. Peoples orders were cancelled. :-( Not sure if everyone's order was cancelled?!?

What I really dislike about the new site is that the 'Add to Bag' buttons are still active for a time after items are sold out, giving a false sense that they're still available, but nothing adds to the cart when you click it.
