YES!!!! They are ridiculously inept. This happens all the time to people ordering & its not just one person or one time...it's all the time. They need to know & they need to get it together.

It's really not that difficult, Macy's. These are not hypothetical lipsticks. They either exist, or they don't. If they exist, take our money. If they don't, TELL US and leave us in peace. Don't play. :eek:hboy: Also, my guy was extremely resistant when I asked to speak with a manager! He pressuring me to speak with the order resolution center. He was thoroughly displeased.

I think Nordies is gearing up for a restock. I was able to place an order for Bianca B just now over the phone, the rep said it was showing a good amount of stock on her end and she thinks maybe a new shipment had been entered. Hopefully this is true and my order doesn't get cancelled, I thought I'd let you guys know. :bouquet:

Oh seriously??? Thank you, that's exciting... I might just place an order with them as well as my pending Macys order since we CLEARLY can't count on them for anything other than taking our credit card information at this point

I hope this happens and I catch it...I've decided that I need a Bianca b bu. It just looks so nice on me with no (edit) liner, no mixing (light application and prepped lips). I get a very pretty 70's mod thing going that I did not expect. I could have gotten it during Mac restock...kicking myself now, haha.

Did you call customer service? Or a Nordstrom location? When I called CS to see if anything was available for order, she said they don't do restocks. But I'd love for her to be wrong! Just in case.

I called CS and asked the lady who helped me if she could do a search for me and gave her the name of the lipstick. She found it and said that there was a good amount of stock in the system, she double checked with the beauty department and then came back and said that she would place the order for me. I know Nordies has restocked LE collex in the past so I don't know why they told you they don't. :shrugs: It could turn out to be an error though, who knows. You should try again! I didn't ask about any of the other colors so I'm unsure if they had any.

I love Margharita with Bianca B in the center. It makes a beautiful ombré lip. I'm glad I turned to Evil Bay for Tats. I couldn't believe how pristine the lipstick came. Tats has a nice neon glow to it like Margharita.

:thud: the nerve! Honestly! Hearing all this mess makes me never wanna give macy's a cent again. Sigh!

Totally understand! Luckily, the Macy's I have up here in college is downright awful. It's run down and barely has any makeup counters. Nobody is ever in that Macy's. It's actually quite sad and embarrassing for them, lol!

Back home I have so many big department stores that one isn't forced into Macy's. So I'm lucky in that regard. Though my Macy's back home does have the impulse section so it had a ton of inglot, ABH, etc. etc. And yes-- Plenti! I need to get on that program. How are you liking it? I feel like I really will benefit if they expand to more stores. We don't have rite-aids around here and such.

Got Eugenie from the Cb and finally tried it on today! I *LOVE* it! Seriously! It's taking everything in me not to hunt down a BU. It's really nice. Anything that T stated as being pretty close to a dupe just wasn't doing it for me. Glad I could finally get my hands on it! Sorry it doesn't really go with my eye look, lol! I decided to slap it on today and wear it around the house and I already had makeup on.
