I know we've talked about this before, but I need a hydrating eye cream. My under eye area is so dry. Everything creases on me or dries out that area. Any suggestions? What are you using?

Bobbi brown eyes EXTRA (follow the directions, though!)...the Kiehls didn't work for me, but tons of people love it

LMAO too funny!! I couldn't resist today either. I only picked up one. Being on a beauty budget SUCKS. I'm going back for Sunlight tomorrow though. Have you tried them yet?Or just ordered?

Sab are you in Mi?

Yes! I am :) I'm about a 45 minute drive north of Detroit! However Detroit is my second home, as I'm there every weekend to hangout with my boyfriend :p
Yup! I work downtown GR & live on the Wayland/Dorr line about 35" from KZOO :D Been in MI for 12 yrs. now.

Sabrunka thank you for the heads up on Great Lakes Off 5th CCO! It's about a 2 3/4 hours away. It would make for a fun shopping trip!

I have been on a no/super low eyeshadow buy but after seeing the colors of the ABH MR palette, I am sorely tempted. Pretty, warm toned & jewels...sigh. PP, you really like the quality? Do tell more! I'm not worried about fallout as I habitually tap my brush off before application. I'm one of those gals who does my foundation first, so I have a super light & controlled hand.

Dead!! LOL!

Here's something that will make you laugh...I think I have developed BB Belly. I told a friend that I felt like my stomach has gotten bigger during this process. This morning I decided to do a little research and find out what could be causing this. Of course, it appears to be a weak abs which makes sense because working abs is always the one thing I hate to do. LOL! Have to fix that problem!

I detest ab work...shudder! The only time I truly train abs is during prep. I find they do get hit with compound exercises. Squats, deadlifts, kettlebell swinging, even DB pullovers which I did for the first time in forever this week. My core was sore for 3 days. I couldn't laugh without it hurting...lol! But the core gets hit stabilizing to do the lifts. Every now & again I'll do some hanging leg raises. Yeah, I could stand to do more...I iz lazy! ;)

Sooo I went to Sephora today and got the Candlelight highlighter by Cover FX. Sunlight seemed too ashy or just too...something. Candlelight seemed to work better on my complexion so we'll see. I also got the Perfect Pencil in N Deep for my waterline because every other pencil makes me look like I have boogers in my eye, but not this. I just have to test the wear time.

Yay. In store already! The CFX drops are on my get a sample list. I love the look of Candlelight the most.

I have been using the original Eucerin cream for years and it's the only thing that works for me. I have had samples of many high end ones and they are not moisturizing enough. You only have to use a little bit of the Eucerin. I get mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond, but it's here on Amazon too- https://www.amazon.com/Eucerin-Original-Healing-Creme-Ounce/dp/B001FB5IIC

clinique all about eyes rich

I second this! It's a fantastic eye cream that I especially love it at night. CeraVe also makes a nice eye cream plus it's drugstore. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job and comes in a nice squeeze tube. A little goes a long way.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that hates working abs. LOL! But I have to suck it up and start doing more ab work because apparently just engaging them while doing other exercises is just not enough for me.

Does anyone plan to buy the Tarte Grav3yardgirl palette that should hit Sephora tomorrow? I want the Swamp Family lipstick but I'm not sure if I should buy the palette.

Nah I'm not getting that Tarte palette. I think I'm getting tired of chasing fads.

I got the Jaclyn Hill palette, but decided not to keep it. It's cute, but I know I have those blush colors, AND it reminds me of the Summer palette from TF. I thought the quality was nice and the colors were nice.

I also got the Modern Renaissance palette, I have these colors x over so I technically don't need it. The lighter shimmer shades don't work for me and the rest seem more like transition and crease colors. I'll have to play with it more. This palette does kick up a LOT of powder. But the shadows are smooth and very blendable. You need a light touch with these.

So MAYBE I went a little overboard with Cover FX Sunlight. Mixed two drops with cover drops and three of oil, then a little more on the high points of my face, and on the center of my lips...?

I kind of look like a Twilight Vampire, but I don't really care.:sunshine:

Thank you Lovelies! The shimmer drops are EVERYTHING. OMG. They are more shimmer than glitter, which I love. And it really melds into your skin without looking too crazy. But I did it UP today. LOL

I think that I am going to return the JH palette too. I have permanent becca blushes and the original champagne pop already. The single products seem to be better quality than what is in the palette.

Ordered the new Born This Way concealer off Too Faced's website on Friday. I have to say, I am really impressed by TF's shipping! I ordered Friday morning, and it was delivered Monday afternoon. Before Too Faced could even email me a tracking number, LOL! And for a limited time, orders in the US are free shipping no minimum.

Unfortunately, I got a faulty concealer. The piece that snapped on to connect the wand to the tube was loose and concealer was oozing out. I took photos and emailed them to Too Faced CS, hopefully they help me out. The consistency of the concealer is really nice. I ordered "Very Fair" though I wouldn't say it's very fair... It blends in perfectly to my skin tone but is more peachier/orange instead of neutral or cool. I was hoping that this would be more of a highlighting shade. It should work nicely to cover any blemishes or my dark circles though.

I wish there were more nice concealers that came light enough for me. I don't like the formula of the MUFE HD concealer. It creases like hell, no matter how I try to set it. Everyone raves about the UD Naked Skin concealer but their lightest shade doesn't even work to conceal spots or dark circles because it oxidizes sooo much on me.

I'm going to test out the TF concealer today though.
