The two orders I placed first thing Friday morning have gone nowhere.

Ugh! I just checked & my last 3 orders from Friday just say processing. Do they do anything on the weekends?

I was thinking of you tonight when I was lighting my candles. One of the candles is close to the angel & new baby figures you gave me :cloud9::heart: They are the sweetest memories & they comfort me.

I am so excited I was actually able to get it! And, I really do want the sequins! No, seriously, I do :rofl:I use them in shaker cards that I make for people lol. Did you see the photo of the gorgeous model wearing the skin fetish!? Yes, I saw the disclaimer but I thought it wasn't supposed to affect flash. All of my orders so far have shipped shortly after I ordered. We do think a like :flowers::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I had a stack the other day. 2 Sephora, 1 amazon, 1 anthro, 3 nordies LOLOL!!!!!:icon_cheers::shakehead: I have grabbed the boxes before he does & sit them around the corner in the garage with the empty boxes & then when he's busy I go get them & bring them into the house :)
Me too. I got a Sephora box and a box from Bloomies on the same day and he didn't say much. The next day 2 more Sephora boxes and I was getting "the eye". He doesn't know there are 2 more coming and possibly a third of the palette I want gets restocked.
Not elegant but I wouldn’t mind a processing delay. Staggers my shipments more and DH is less on high alert. Too many Sephora boxes or boxes in general all at once and I get the side eye :naughty:

:roflmao::rotfl: Y'all are killing me with the "hide the box & go seek" techniques!

This may be unique to my household but hubs is actually the king of online shopping! :type: I am talking daily boxes & I am the one "side eyeing!" But it's all good...we got home from training yesterday & there was a box from Weather Tech. He ordered floor mats for my new car. So sometimes I benefit from his shopping. ;)

Oh hey, I went to our very nice far away mall (& trader joes for wine :) )& Nordies has this Nordstrom Exclusive Armani lipstick the both of you NEED!!!! It has this beautiful like ivory/opal stone oval on the top of the case. The shade is a beautiful slight lavender/mauve/rose nude pink. My nordies couldn't find it in their store so I had to call around to another store to get it.

BTW, the Sephora there had nothing for me to see or swatch. No new Nars, no Huda, no Pat Mcgrath :shakehead::loser:

Funny, when we went to walk into Nordies entrance from the mall side, all the MAC & beauty employees had some loud fun music playing & they were dancing. Women walking in would join in, so hubs looks at me like he knows what I'll do...so I jumped in & started dancing with them & then they started laughing & screaming :yay::yay::yay::roflmao:He said he wished he could have gotten a video of it. It was fun.
I will have to take a look at the Armani lipstick!

I went to south coast plaza (mall in Orange County CA), and the newly remodeled Sephora was open. Biggest Sephora I have seen yet. When I said that I was going in DH jokingly rolled his eyes and said “ oh great.” This location is dangerous. It has Pat McGrath, Tom Ford, etc.

Getting boxes into my house without DH noticing is like a special ops mission. He is worried about security, so we have the ring doorbell and strategically placed cameras. I have to sneak around like a ninja to get anything past him. :hide::hide::hide::hide:

Have you seen this online at all? It sounds really pretty!

ETA: So after digging around and chatting with Nordies and Armani I believe it is Rouge d'Armani 501 Milano in an LE case?

Giorgio Armani La Mia Milano Rouge D'Armani Lipstick (Nordstrom Exclusive) | Nordstrom

It is still available in the gorgeous case on Armani's web site.

Ok I need some honest feedback. I'm almost 52 with sensitive skin that has some hyper pigmentation from bad sun habits while I grew up/lived in Florida. I've been able to find things that have helped but I'm still not satisfied. Paula's Choice has been awesome for the sensitivity and some dryness but I've had no luck with the exfoliants or the serums. I thought the sale might be a good opportunity to try something new. Recommendations? I'd like to incorporate with some of my PC products. I'm looking at DE but am open to suggestions.

If you have sensitive skin I would not start out with the DE acids, personally. I would start with their C Firma Day Serum and the B Hydra. And the main thing is to wear a good sunscreen every day and limit sun exposure as best you can. I really love the DE Marula Oil. One thing though is the DE philosophy isn’t that compatible with a lot of PC’s products because DE thinks silicones should be eliminated and PC loves them. Have you tried PC’s Niacinamide Booster? Can you tolerate retinol? I believe DE may be coming out with one early next year but in the meantime I have seen their founder comment positively about the SkinMedica one that comes in various strengths.

I've been using Shiseido sunscreens for years now (daily) and they have been wonderful for staving off any new damage.
I have tried the nicinamide booster as well as the C booster with minimal results. I can tolerate acids fairly well if I don't overuse and pay attention to how long I leave them on.

Well in that case I would definitely give DE’s acids a try. DE has so many great sets of minis available now that you could try alot without laying out alot of money, esp with the sale! I have never heard raves about PC’s C so maybe the DE would work better for you. Other C serums that the MUA skincare board likes are Timeless, CSI. I’m trying Nufountain now myself.

:roflmao:Lucky you! So funny! I can hear my hubs saying the same thing. You should look at that lipstick if you can :)
