Oh and the Smashbox Halo foundation has a fragrance that I'm not sure that I like. I was surprised. Nars Sheer Glow doesn't. Decisions decisions...
you have T zone right? I do not think halo will work for you it's much more moisturizing than sheer glow

oh no! why? these are my faves from hourglass
I think Luminous was not as luminous as I'd hoped and the cool tones are doing me no favors. And Dim is nice, but I was just using it to give Radiant more pop and I think Radiant is probably fine on it's own. I'm also wary of Dim going chalky on me. Both are nice though.

Thanks again for your feedback!
Lol, I only emphasized the "heavily applied" to make the point that it didn't look ashy or powdery even when applied very liberally. But I am sure it will look good with a lighter hand too.

Does anyone know if sephora rewards points can take a few days to show up online? I purchased a palette yesterday and my points aren't showing up on my account

The MUFE bronzer seems to be the darkest of them all and that's what I want. I don't want barely there bronzer. I go for broke. I'd rather have a matte one but going by those suspect swatches on the site, 35I seems to be the darkest, so we'll see. I thought I was all about that UD purple blush, but I won't get much wear out of it. On my cheeks I do corals/oranges or bronzey shades. Liberte and Lovejoy by Nars have a dent in them because that's how much I use them. I really wanted Lounge shadow and I feel it's going to be popular so I threw that in so I won't be annoyed at it selling out. Now I am so done and so broke.

I didn't even get a foundation that I desperately need.

Lounge is absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to make a look around it. Hope you love it!

I was just thinking of my makeup mistakes the other day and remembering when I put on too much of an orange Nars blush and had to wash it off at work. Man, makeup can humble you. Even when you feel like you've got it all down you still have those days.

That's how I felt when I first got Nars Exhibit A. I was SUCH a beginner and didn't know how to apply it without lookin like getting smacked to the face wit smeared blood or some shyt so I took it back. As I progressed in learning makeup and how to better apply I re-visited exhibit a cuz im all grown up now lol but u right that can definitely humble u. The worst is walkin out the house thinkin ur brows on fleek when they really on

ok so im gonna go ahead n grab this mufe nude palette! speaking of mac shadows, I have to agree I've sorta moved on and they just haven't been holdin my interest lately. I've never been big on their shadows anyways becuz there's far too many other brands with better quality...however when they come out wit their new matte collection, honeychiiiiiild that matte royal, stone and maaaaybe whirl will be miiiine!!! **evil laugh** and I have time to recoup from this dmn sale to grab em lol

Yes and I'm a lot older than you and it still happens! Gotta remember to turn on the light! My biggest fear is when I'll have to get those makeup reading glasses that you can lift up to put your makeup on, horrors! As it is I use a giant magnifying mirror.

LOL! it's the worst... let me tell you. I've been giving my eyes a break from contacts for a while, the pollen is *really* bad up here now and my eyes get irritated easily. I'd rather wear my glasses to class and my contacts when I go out at night. Well, anyway, I'm absolutely blind as a bat without them. To do my makeup with them off is always a pain. My foundation always looks seamlessly blended and full coverage that I never know where I need to conceal! But that's because my vision is SO blurry.

I put my glasses on and i'm like YIKES! It's especially hard when I can't sit right up on my mirror when I'm using brushes with long handles.

Also, out of curiosity, I went back to T's review of the UD glosses to see what she said about scent. While her photos aren't always accurate, I usually agree with her in regard to if a product has a certain taste/smell. She said this: "...a very subtle sweet, vanilla scent that I can only detect when I open the tube and have my nose right at the opening."

This was completely the opposite of my experience with Liar. The only gloss I tried on. When it was on my lips, it wan overwhelmingly strong, awful smell that wafted up into my nose.. It felt like I had the lipgloss shoved up my nose, since I could smell it so acutely. Perhaps, the tester was bad? I mean, it shouldn't be, it was brand new. But there is always that chance.

Is it? I'll have to compare. My skin has always been and is dry though. It's only recently I've been noticing my forehead and nose are shinier than I'd like around midday. Then you said I was probably not hydrated enough. Which is true. The makeup artist at Macy's today said that my moisturizer could also be fighting with my foundation so he recommended the SB moisturing primer. The manager in Sephora on the weekend said a hydrating moisturizer could help (Clinique Moisture Surge). Product pushers! Dusting my forehead and nose with a mattifying powder in the a.m the last two days has been working wonders though.

I had the worst day ever so I decided to hit up Sephora and it turned my day around.. I knew it would. .

My store had all the Nano Eyeliners on clearance for $1 .. I just checked online and they're on clearance for $1 there too, but they're all cleared out online.

Also the old formula Sephora blushes are $7 (guess they're making way for the new color blushes)..

And two bronzers (Aruba and Maui) are $7..

I bought Clinique's new foundation after it was hyped on YT.. I am not sure why - I am in love with Estee Lauder's Perfectionist Youth Infusing foundation.. but Clinique's was only $27 (before 15%) so I decided to go for it.

I got to see a few UD blushes in the flesh.. they brought them out for me but they only got a partial shipment with no tester.. Rapture looks stunning.. <3

I have an experience in the past that if you purchased it in stores it shows up in days. But online just right away. Although, recently I've noticed in store purchases gets added to your bank in less than 24 hours.

I got the same issues as you. I'm allergic to cottonwood and they gloriously are in full bloom here. LOL. I have to pull over the side of the road to take off my contacts because my allergies are kicking in which I accidentally rubbed my eyes and forgot I got glitter eyeshadows on which eventually got caught with my contacts. I have to throw away my contacts which I just opened today. Good thing I have extra pair of glasses in my car for times like these.

I ordered the MUFE electric palette early this morning and I'm wondering if I should get the nude as well. I have UD Naked (first one) that I never use. Where's my thinking cap?!
