Just FYI. The VIB rouge renewal gift this year is an exclusive brush. Not that I would know about this firsthand - hangs head in shame.

Any favorite concealers from Sephora ladies? I hate every concealer I have... a.k.a. I'm getting older and my eye bags are darker than ever. Not a fan of the original NARS one that everyone loves, Tarte concealers give me styes for some reason, Josie Maran wasn't enough coverage... I have tried a few more too but can't think of which ones at the moment.

I feel you on your "I hate my concealer!" I'm still searching too...Did you say styes with Tarte!?! That was the next brand/formula I was going to try...Not anymore!

Right now I'm working with Estee Lauder Double Wear and trying to find some lightweight color correction for my dark areas. I loved how bright my eyes looked when I used the Becca Undereye, but the formula was too tacky, sticky, thick and even the tiny sample I worked with developed this awful chemical smell. I recently replaced my YSL Touch Eclat #3 but it is not enough. So I ordered the MAC Peach Lustre to try, which should have more pigment to correct. On going battle!

Fur4Elise have you tried Dior Diorskin Nude perfecting hydrating concealer? I'm on my 3 tube right now. It is lightweight, brighten the eyes and don't look cakey or tacky. if you REALLY have dark circle under your eyes you might want to used a corrector and then Dior concealer but if it is just to look less tired it might do the job for you.

i saw the rectangular one you are talking about on IG yesterday
OMGosh! I was just at Sephora and forgot to look. I was using my loves list to remind me to look for things. Handy feature but since the item is not on the Sephora site, I couldn't add it to my loves list. Oh man, I knew I was forgetting something. I'll look for it on IG thanks!
From our own Spectra's social media. Does anyone know anything about the Marc Jacob's highlighter? It reminds me of Burberry's Fresh Glow but I can't find any swatches of the MJ version. Exclusive online early access on the Sephora app (not the website, apparently)

I don't know how but it ended up in my cart. I'll let you know.

I'm close too. I don't understand it either. As soon as I placed an order this weekend. I got a email telling me how close I was to getting this brush and urging me to place another order. I think I got it after my second order this weekend. So it was a no go.

Stopped in Sephora today to "look around." Only got the makeup wipes. Whew! I did get a sample of some skin care but I saw some items I hadn't seen before. In the Check out Aisle I saw the Shiseido cotton pads in a mini pack. I think that is the brand everyone likes. I have them too I don't remember this size before. I also saw some Natasha Denona. 2 eye palettes I think #2 and #10 and about 3 duo blushes. Also saw the Nars highlighter palette which I received in the mail today and the Kat Von D Pastel Goth palette. Also swatched a couple of the Sephora brand lipliners. Creamy formula ones. Liked them a lot. Didn't see a plain brown though. Only one which had a lot of red tones to it. I'll probably get it.

Have you tried the Laura Mercier candleglow concealer, with the secret brightening powder? That worked wonders for my under eye area, and I may still be young but I suffer terribly from dark under eyes x

That is a great suggestion! I love my Candleglow finishing powder. Never thought of trying any of their foundations or concealers.

Thanks for the suggestion sweetie! I will do some swatching (of both brands) the next time I am in store.

Yes, styes with Tarte! And I actually liked the coverage, but can't be having grossness all in my eye area! I have not tried the EL Double Wear, but it's been on my list so may try that. Maybe will pick up a MAC corrector as well. I have the Sephora gel correctors, but they don't seem to have enough pigment.

I have not tried this either! Secret Brightening powder has been sitting in my cart, so guess it's time to check that out and the concealer too. Thanks!!

I think I'm going to do that pre-order with 2 for $72... that's a decent savings and I still want Minx. So I'll get Minx and Amethyst and a free brush.

Back to the concealer discussion, here is a very timely (as in just today) video from Tati :)

So far, I am having good luck with my Double Wear concealer! After I apply it, I really go in with my damp sponge and some Ben Nye powder to set it all. It stays put day and I am not experiencing creasing. That being said, I put no where near as much concealer on as Tati or any of these beauty gurus. I am hoping adding the Peach Lustre pen in will do the trick for the dark areas...fingers crossed.

I pre-ordered Nuance and Ablaze. That deal is too good to pass up and I've been wanting to try their blushes.
