Emailed Sephora customer service regarding when they were going to be releasing the urban Decay products as well as the Nars Christopher Kane collection and the new makeup forever palettes online. Of course they could not give me a projected launch date! I am tempted to just order from urban decay and Nars directly. Does anyone know when the makeup forever palettes are coming? And what shades they are going to include
Yeah I called them about the LM Indiscretion and Becca under eye brightener and same thing. LM wasn't even coming up in their system even with the sku! So weird since it's in stores.

I really feel like I should just order the UD blushes from their site. I know I'm not returning them. The glosses I can wait because I'm unsure of them. However, I've ordered from UD several times before and it takes too long for my tastes and I feel like it'll pop up on Sephora while my UD order is in neverland.

That's what I'm afraid of too! I only remember ordering from urban decay once and it took forever to get my stuff.

I was on my way out of the door to Sephora when I stumbled upon a package that was addressed to me on my doorstep. Of course I had to open it before I went on my Sephora journey!!! To my surprise, it was a package from Liz, the brand ambassador for Korres! She sent me this as a token of appreciation for being a great customer, and an apology for a previous order I'd made that was botched. :cry: this gesture was so very sweet and sincere :cry: So many companies dont give a damn about you, even if you've spent over 1,000 dollars with them! Though I adore shopping for items in Sephora, the VIB ROUGE perks are a slap in the face considering how much we spend with them :shock: With that said, I will still shop at Sephora (I love makeup) just would be nice if more companies cared for their customers! We make them rich, the least they could do is make us feel good about it :lol: Im still off to Sephora, happily I can scratch two things off my list since Liz was so kind enough to send me this gift! :heart: :love: happy shopping love's :)

Word? Great, now I'm going to place another order and we all know It's impossible to checkout with just ONE item! But you had me at fresh skin lol

Don't I know it! Buying one thing at Sephora would be a serious trial for me! :shock: I hope you like it, I know everyone's skin is different, but if your body chemistry likes it you're going to love this!!!!!!!

I definitely think it's worth a try, my skin typically responds well to peels so I'm excited to at least give a shoe. Price point also isn't too bad for a skin product, especially with the discount

So I splurged and bought the Foreo Luna Normal/ Sensitve Skin skin cleansing tool! I've been eyeing it for a while and with 15%, it was time to pull the trigger! I have a Clarisonic Mia and it feels way to harsh on my skin (even when I hold it lightly against my skin) and it makes my nose even more red (not a good look). Plus I hate having to replace the brush heads...I'm just not a fan of it. Soooo I'm hoping to see some happy results with this new gagdet!

I online chatted with UD customer service and asked when they will be released in stores and he said they didn't have that info and to keep checking social media. I may order the two blushes I really want from UD.

My experience with this company over the years has been so wonderful! They are a genuine brand...And I just left Sephora, I had a blaaaaaaast! :)

Yea, I love Liz! She is a real sweetheart :heart: ...and great service makes shopping ten times better! It's always a plus when the product matches the great customer service! :)
