If she has a BI account they should be able to look up the purchase on her account. A manager told me that once they can look it up on your account then it counts as a return with a receipt. I had an SA try to tell me once that she needed my ID and she could only issue store credit. I told her that she should be able to find the purchase on my account and it should be refunded to my original form of payment. She got all huffy about it but she did it because she knew it can be done.

I got the Custom Cover Drops today but the jury is still out for me. I absolutely love the idea of this but it has a little too much orange in it for me. The SA tried 3 colors and the closest match was N100. I really wish they had as many 'G' options available. I think G100 would have probably been perfection. :sigh:
I totally agree. I have never understood why they stop at 80 in the G shades but go to 120 in the N shades.

So the Kaplan MD Set is going back. It actually dried my lips out more and I feel my top lip trying to crust up   The balm is the only thing that was saving my lips at this point. It is good but not good enough to justify the price. I didn't last but an hour on my lips before I had to reapply. It's too slick for me. If it lasted a bit longer I might have considered buying the full size. Also looking at the ingredients I see too many extracts that probably don't have any business in the mask. Did they think throwing a bunch of crap in there would justify the price? Anyway I'm pretty sure the following ingredients irritated my lips: peppermint, rosemary, and lavender extracts. If you tend to have reactions to these you might want to steer clear. They say that the papaya enzyme is what causes the tingling sensation but I think it was the strong herb extracts that caused my reaction. Idk though because it could have been any of the sh** they through in there  I actually just slathered the mask on my lips as soon as I got home after the sale. I expected the tingling sensation because it said to on the box and then decided to sit down and read the ingredients while I waited to wipe the mask off. Of course then I see the irritating ingredients (specifically peppermint and rosemary which I can eat but I don't react well with them in skincare. I can also eat lavender without a reaction but I don't care for the smell and I also may or may not have reactions to it depending on how much is in a product). I hoped I wouldn't have a reaction but of course I did. Anyway after five or six minutes I wiped the mask off with a damp cloth as per instruction. It didn't remove much of the dead skin off of my lips. While getting ready to put on the balm my lips shriveled up and all the moisture was gone out of them! My lips looked like Spongebob when he dried out! I put on the mask and that saved my lips but I had to keep reapplying by the hour. Idk if my lips were absorbing the product or what but my lips barely felt moisturized after an hour and the balm was gone. I gave up on the lip balm this evening and applied my Fresh sugar lip shine. Hopefully it helps. I probably had an extreme reaction but this is bs. Don't use this if you have problems with the herbs listed above. If this works for you great, but I will be returning it.
Oh boo! I have this on its way to me because my lips have been so dry lately I was hoping it would help now I'm worried it might suck lol.

I hate when they get all huffy like ur taking money from their paycheck! before they were able to look up transactions with ur card the SA's at my store would tell me and a bunch of people we can return or exchange without a receipt so I would do that especially with gifts that were duplicates or something I didn't like....next thing u know I'm on a list where I can't return anything.....the company they referred me to said 90 days and I can do returns...I said ok I'll be more diligent to keep receipts....next thing u know they say a year!! now I have to tell my friends NOT to get me anything from sephora since I couldn't exchange it without a receipt. don't tell me I can exchange without a receipt yet I'm on a list! I am relieved now they can look it up with my card....

That's ridiculous! How about I wait a year before shopping at your establishment while I'm at it. I think I'm stubborn enough to actually do this too.

Got a $5 Glossy Gloss in store yesterday in Chestnut Cream. Purty. Are they reformulating them or discontinuing? I have the silver from years ago.

Oh boo! I have this on its way to me because my lips have been so dry lately I was hoping it would help now I'm worried it might suck lol.
My top lip is a little swollen right now. I didn't have any dryness on it but I did on my bottom lip. So I had a reaction on my top lip but not my bottom lip. Now I'm wondering if not having any dryness or dead skin has something to do with it as well. Maybe I had a reaction to the enzymes on my top lip because it didn't have dead skin to go through so kinda burned my lip. It did get rid of some of the dry skin on my bottom lip after I wiped it off but not all of it. Or it could've been a combination of the enzymes and the extracts. Idk but either way both my top and bottom lip were shriveled and not moisturized after using the mask. The balm did help. I just want to say be careful for people who are sensitive to these sort of things. I read some reviews and this reaction hasn't happened to anyone else and I'm sure they would write a review if something like this happened. From now on I'm just going to leave my lips alone and go with what I know works for me. I'm going to write a review later this week but I'm trying to get my thoughts in order so I don't knock it too hard. It really could be just me since most people have good things to say about it.

I wasn't able to go to the brunch, as the two locations closest to me are closed on Sunday's so they didn't have the event at all. I wish they would hold it on saturday instead. Everyone's sample bags look great although the inconsistency is weird. I placed an order for a backup gimme brow, first aid beauty lip balm and overnight eye cream. I'm almost out of my clarins eye contour balm but didn't repurchase, trying to see if I want to try sometging new before the sale is over. everyones hauls look great, for some reason I'm feeling uninspired by the makeup products coming out lately so skin care is where I'm focusing for now! I do wish the new becca blush colors would launch before the sale ends.

so yesterday and today I am wearing the UD prep spray I got a sample of at my event along with a new moisturizer I picked up from Lush and my skin feels fabulous. I basically have normal skin but right now it feels so moisturzed, soft and smooth. I'm wearing just a bb cream and I feel like my skin looks great. I'm thinking of picking up a full size bottle. I'm not sure if my skin is better because of the spray, moisturizer or both, but I know this combo is working. I do have a face spritzer from lush but I'm thinking of just using that one at night.

You may still be able to grab one as they're going to continue to distribute them to VIBRs, while supplies last. I went to a different Sephora yesterday and the SA put one in my bag.

It was the exact same as the first one. Even the polish color was the same - Paramount.

Sorry to go OT, but what Lush moisturizer? I tried Vanishing Cream and loved it but I have some Philosophy Hope in a Jar to get through first.

I know that I am allergic to lavender (it makes my skin very dry and I get break outs) and I might be allergic to papaya (got break outs when I ate the fruit in the Dominican Republic and Hawaii) so this would not be a good product for me. I wonder if it is the combination of the extracts that irritated your lips. Keep on babying them and I hope that they will be back to normal soon.

It's called Enzymion! I tried one from them called Imperialis but I already prefer this one, it's smells great and my skin feels great. Even though they say it's for oily skin I'm using it on my normal skin
