I would be interested to see a lip swatch comparison of Gaga and st Germain

they look awfully similar in the skin swatch over in the swatch thread but if Gaga is a bit sheerer then I will be happy because St Germain is WAY too loud for me.

Let me know if you try it. I'm an NC20 too and I don't think I could pull off Gaga either. I did buy Cyndi (love!). But I'm thinking the same thing you are...can't I spend the money just to HAVE it? LOL

I LOVE the Gaga. I am going to get 3! It is the PERFECT bubble gum baby pink!!! This is one I for sure will want a back up of! This a great one for blondes. I am VERY happy with this!

It does not remind me of St Germain or Snob. Snob is more drying and more chalky looking and St Germain is brighter!

I haven't decided whether I'll get it yet either but tbh I think paler NCs could easily pull it off by lining & filling the lips with Subculture and then doing what GlamYOURUs suggested in the other thread:

I am between and NC20-30 and I thought Gaga would have looked awful on me, but it doesn't. I personally think it doesn't look like Snob or St. Germain & I think it looks better than Bubblegum, I personally hate the frosty finish of Bubblegum.
I did buy 2 Gaga's & I love how it goes to a good cause.

I don't know if this is just me but GaGa makes my teeth look really yellow?
I love the color so I've been using whitening strips like crazy and they look fine when I look at them but as soon as I apply Viva Glam GaGa they turn this weird light yellow color.

I guess I'm going to apply another whitening strip...

That's good to know! I tried on Bubblegum in the store and I actually liked it but didn't get it. I can't wear Snob, oh it's just ICKY on me. Another huge mistake was Color Crafted...so I'm leary of pale pinks now LOL
But it looks like I'm going back to try Gaga.

That's so weird - since it's a blue pink, you would think it would do the opposite... I have white teeth - but I have a lipstick that kind of does that to me (MAC Shy Girl), and it makes me self conscious about my smile!

oh no! i hope it doesn't do this to my teeth! my teeth are a reasonable colour but not bright white or anything

I'm totally self conscious right now but I'm still wearing it, it's not as bad in regular lighting but in my light up mirror it's AWFUL.
Hopefully it will look alright when I go out tonight to celebrate my mom's birthday, she's going to wear Cyndi.

My teeth are the same color, I recommend trying it on outside before you buy it/wear it outside of the house.

This is pretty much why I can't wear Gaga either. It plays up my teeth in the worst way.

I still want to buy it anyway (it's for a good cause and also I'm a sucker for LE and special packaging). Maybe try sheering it out like GlamYOURUs suggested, so the yellowing effect is not as strong?

It looks fine sheered out but I wish I could wear it heavily applied and not have to worry about my teeth looking like butter.

That would be nice...it just says 'Sold Out' and doesn't have the 'Out of Stock - Ships Soon' language which means they may be out completely or for quite awhile until they can manufacture more.
