Yes my backups of Tendertones are almost gone! I say we all rally and just send some emails in!

no no.. there is NO OFFICIAL Metal Rock ES yet.. lol. There are samples and they are gorgeous... they are in a large blush pan so far but who knows what they will be put in, IF and When they are made into a collection.
These should or would be out in 2011 -- I am guesstimating in Summer, after WW collection... but that is just my guess again unconfirmed.
And, by the way, they will NOT be called Metal Rock

I get the feeling MAC really wants to distance itself from its older products, and by older I mean not so old, anything older than maybe last fall. Obviously this is for commercial reasons, but it also seems like they've been putting so much work into developing new awesome formulas, that they'd like to differentiate them with brand new product names.

Thanks Greyness! I know I hadn't heard much about them and they're some of the most GORGEOUS shadows I've seen so I had to ask! I can't wait for these! I really hope they produce these, I mean WOW! BTW thanks for always answering my questions!

oh I agree liba, but MAC has a brilliant market strategy.. they are developing new formulas (remember also that EL has acquired several companies during this recession and the proprietary rights for products has now passed to EL/MAC), and also subliminally making us all recall the most popular and most sold products

So true! 'Still wishing I'd have bought some EL stock when the market tanked! It was still expensive even then, for good reason!

tendertones have a strawberry/kiwi flavour and smell, but some smell/taste more strawberry, some more kiwi, and some (
ez baby
) seem more watermelony. they super smooth, sheer, andhave a gorgeous shine! i haven't even touched my TLCs since these came out, and it saddens me when i use the lip conditioner at the counter. there's no comparison whatsoever! i even scored a couple from my coworker's gratis cuz she's allergic to kiwi.
