UM...I was on purseblog.com and a post-er just posted that Chanel's site has crashed...that I would try it out myself...and..well...it has crashed. It comes op a blank page that says service unavailable.

Why didn't I just pay the $10 shipping rate and just be done with it?

OMG, they are UNREAL! Chantecaille has terrible CS too. I think some of these higher end brands think their products are enough. They are wrong. People will only put up with so much of a hassle before they can't be bothered anymore.

This whole process has been a disaster -- Chanel got paid on the 7th to be exact, and as of today, my orders are not even confirmed.. on top of which now there is NO WEBSITE

Yep, it's been working for me for about half an hour. But my bag total is still incorrect, and you still can't check out.
