hmm.. why would they put cool eyes in a gold case though. it does not make sense. but the colors definitely look like a cool palette though

Do the brushes come in a box that looks like the compacts, or a another form factor entirely?

For what I can see in these pics, I would say the gold case is cool eyes, and the other one for metallic eyes... but it's just an educated guess...

I didn't get to see the brushes, only read about make & numbers & I didn't write those down. I'm just learning about brushes... so I don't take so much notice.

Eye Creams = cream eyeshadows? Or do you think they'll act more like bases again?

I'm kinda excited they put eyeliners in minis form this year!

And they are the softsparkle ones, yay!

Thanks very much for the pictures of the palettes!! Personally I'm not into them at all, so it's good to know that I won't have to save up to get them

I think the case is really tacky..

OMG- NOOO! shimmertime is just the absolute match for my skin tone...i really hate most other neutral piggies...but shimmertime is the perfect pink...we don't need anymore yellowish/sand/beige coloours IMO

I agree MAc has released so many shadows and the proline extension...it's sickening

After much consideration, I've decided only to purchase some items for Antiquetease (the color story, not the sets and palettes), and skip everything else. So proud of myself

I've spent way too much money on MAC LE this year, and I really want to buy some permanent stuff this time and make some purchase from other brands.

So I'll probably get some piggies, maybe some lip stuff, and I'm done with MAC for 2007...

I agree there, sandy beige yellowy pigments, are ick.
ANd pigments like the DANSE pigments were. All powdering and no color payoff.. ew.

Ok ...IF mac doesn't release any collections in September may be some of us can actually save up some money and refrain from buying anymore makeup and get our hands on these collections!

Please MAC...no collections in sept!

Only Matte2 and Mattene. But Matte2 is supposed to be all perm. So I'm not worried about getting them right away. McQueen is going to be a must and then Holiday stuff!

Aren't there supposed to be four eye shadow palettes, one cool, warm, metallic and something else? The palettes are very pretty, but from wjst I can see, I only like about half of the shades.

I was feeling overwhelmed when I read all of the stickies Janice posted, but when I re-read them, there was a lot that I could cut out. I don't like lipsgloss palettes, that's about 4 or 5 products right there. The clutch I think I'll pass on, esp. because it's only a vial of pigment. It would have to be the most awesome pigment I have ever seen to motivate me to get that.
If there are 4 palettes, realistically, I'll only like 2, the brush set is porbably a mini set, and I don't want any of the brushes included. I'm so proud of myself. But I still want all 3 pigments, 5 MES duos, atleast 1-2 palettes and I'll have to see the l/s in person.

Can someone with the update book please tell us what the names and texture of the e/s in the holiday palettes will be please?
And I will aslo like to know more about the new LE pigments coming out with the Antiquetease collection. I wonder if they are the Glitter reflects that the MA had told me about...
I need to go to the MAC Pro get ahold of the uptade book to get more info when I get more time, all of this info is getting me very curious!
