Haha. Well, as is evidenced by my avatar, If I'm wearing makeup, it's drag. I use plenty of the more subdued hues working as a MUA, but it's not what I get excited about. i like that they always go back and forth with collection.....like when the N collection came out.....some people loved it some people hated it. I think the packaging is hilarious and perfect for right after Christmas.....I know people are gonna be like "what the F@$K is up with this packaging?"

This is the only Mac collection that I am interested in since the mineralize blushes, and yes because of the packaging. My boyfriend doesn't get why I would want to wear dame edna's make-up though. haha

Yeah. The more I look at this packaging, the more I'm not liking it. Hahaha. I like the red and purple scheme like before.. but yeah... I think I'm going to skip this, even if there are nice colors.

I like it but it DOES really remind me of the "red hat ladies".... those ladies drive me flippin crazy. I waitress as a side job and whenever they come in (which isnt THAT often since we are a pretty expensive reseraunt) they seriously will tip at most $2.00 even if their bill is like $30. Its the most annoying thing ever.

Still i somehow think that We are going to have some wicked colors in this collection- im anxious to see what kind of purples because i loooove purple eyeshadows!

Hmm now that everyone has mentioned it, it does remind me of the red hat ladies. When I first saw it on my screen it looked purple with fuchsia glasses

I dunno if anyone's mentioned it yet, but unfortunately this is a regular connection. I think Dame Edna would've been a great ICON, but I can also see how a lot of people who dont know of her wouldnt get it.
Alas, we'll have to keep waiting for an ICON. My personal vote is Sophia Lauren. I also found out that the grand old DAME did name the colors herself, and "Varicose Vein" nail lacquer just had me laughing hysterically.
