PS is anybody a little annoyed that there are ACs in this collection even though they're being phased out? Boo!

The info I rec'd said $50, so I dunno? Perhaps it is incorrect. It kind of shocks me too. I wonder what the packaging looks like? It would have to be pretty damn extravagent for $50.

At first I wasn't very interested in this collection since I have no idea who Dame Edna is, but after reading the color descriptions I'm excited! Between this and Chill I'm gonna be so broke after christmas! Better start begging santa now for christmas money lol.

Mattes are my FAVORITE! That's why I hate ACs . . . to me, they're the exact opposite of mattes. Mattes are so beautiful and thick and you can literally paint them on . . . ACs are runny and messy and blah, at least on me. The only AC I've ever liked was Melrose Mood, and I basically only use it on top of a heavier finish (satin or matte) as a highlight. I'm okay with lustres and frosts (never tried a glaze) but I HATE HATE HATE ACs.

That said I might buy Kangarouge. I'll have to see how special it is. Wah wah.

I dont understand why the eyeshadow trios are listed at 50.00 that is ridic. why they are so high. i think ib am interested in the highlighting powder and maybe a lipgloss or lipstick i dont know. But i do know i am not purchasing a trio for that price.

this might sound ludicrous, but i'm totally skipping the holiday collection and going straight to this instead. i can't justify any e/s trio with a repromote that i already have so i can pass those up, but being that it is barry humphries (dame edna), it totally wins over the holiday stuff. can't wait!

I just have to get this off my chest. WISTERIA eyeshadow is absolutely droolworthy. I've been trying to convince myself that I do NOT need yet another blue/turquoise/teal shadow in my life, but damn it, MAC strikes again. I was so enchanted with wisteria that i didnt even pay attention to the rest of the colors. I vaguely remember a pinky color that reminded me of a slightly darker version of stars n rockets.
