ugh you guys are making hoop sound pretty but I know I won't wear it. I got hyped into Pure Zen {"perfect for palies"} and no. Well I kinda like it on me but nobody else really does and I don't reach for it. I tried pawning it off on my middle daughter and she said it looked like death on her then on my eldest who asked if I was crazy considering her wearing it {she is really pale and has red hair} They finally said nobody would look good in it

but I wear stuff like Craving for a daily sort of color so hmmmmm

I went to the MAC Counter today- the first SA I spoke to did not know about this collection. Another one did though.

I have a feeling mainly bloggers and Specktrettes are interested in it - or at least interested in the colours offered. More for us!

Haha! I somehow ended up with 4 Hoop's so far

!!!!! Have absolutely no doubts it will be a favorite and get snatched up by my girlfriends (if I am feeling generous haha!)

Thanks so much for the swatches! Awesome! Please me is my go to lipstick (don't know how many I've gone through--haha). Love that hoop is just a bit darker!

my favorite frost lipstick:  http://www.temptalia.com/the-scarlet-season-mac-wild-bout-you-lipstick T claims it is a matte frost which sounds wonky to me.  All I know is it is gorgeous on and I will be so sad when my tube is finished.  Now why doesn't mac make 'matte frosts' anymore.  BTW the tube just says matte.  Ah is this something nobody would wear anymore?  Some of the comments say very 80's .... I also am very fond of lusters.  Not just mac but what other brands tend to call glazes.  I prefer them to glosses because you have that semi sheer color and some oomph. apparently my taste in lip colors is weird.... nobody buy glam  all the glam to meeee

My sis stole my Wild Bout You from me!!! Argh! I would stockpile if this one was re-released....sigh. Anyhoo, got my two Butterscotches and one fiction an I am officially done with By Request. On to Playland!

I'm super excited about getting butterscotch...I think it will be great on my skin tone! I'm getting 2...kinda trying to keep myself from getting 3 lol. I think I'll get fiction since I have the old one. I read that this new release has a better formula (formula was the main reason I didn't use the last one much). It is a great fall color. I feel like I have colors similar to diesel.

Yes! I saw a You Tube gal do this long drawn out review of VG Nicki and she brought up Chatterbox and also Vegas Volt as colors that come to mind....

Not to say I was saying Chatterbox and Nicki are dupes for eachother in my post earlier..... They are all in the same family I guess. But it is crazy how VGN and Chatter box look on your tone compared to @luvprettythings

Sorry im too lazy to reply to everyone! Lol but for everyone asking..both are pretty dupeable! Esp glam butttt i do think hoop is very pretty if you love pinks that are not too in your face! Its a very subdued color..perfect for spring and everyday..i do have similar colors as u can see but because i kno ill get alot of use out of it im going to order a backup x

Hi Ladies! After lurking like a creeper in this forum for days, I decided to finally join the discussion.

I ordered all the by request lippies even though I never find myself wearing bright lips... I feel like MAC sucks me in every time with their limited edition shades (I'm all "but what if I want to wear it... sometime..) haha I think I need to join team low buy.

Anyway, my lippies will be here tomorrow, and I've seen requests for swatches on us palies. I don't wear mac foundations, but am a nc15 in the prolongwear concealer. I'd be happy to swatch them for you.
