I'm not near any PRO stores so I don't know how else to get them.

They do but only for whats available online. I don't have a PRO card to I don't think I can order PRO items over the phone. I was hoping maybe I could get it in a swap but no luck so far.

You don't need a Pro card to order Pro items over the phone - at least not in the US. You can't access the Pro website though, hence you must know what you want when you call them. Shipping in the US is $7. Just give them a call and you will find out. BTW, Black Black is not supposed to be used in the lip area, but I assume you don't want to put it there anyway.

I would call the Pro Store directly. The first question they usually ask me is whether I am a Pro member or not and/or I have ordered there before. I would call the one closest to you (wherever that might be), so that the shipping doesn't take forever.

I'm interested in Black Black & the NW15 pencils. I have the HC concealer/skin colored liners that came with my Glamoflauge though so I might hold off on the NW15 one until I finish those.

Yes! I use them at least 2 - 3 times per week. Love both of them!
