ah, I love the color of Smudged Violet so much...I'd wear it if it had the consistency of broken glass!

If it has the right color payoff...gorgeous with smokey greys/blues or smokey browns!

I bought BB new Mauve palette hoping that the eyeshadows would be a similar violet/mauve...nope...they were almost just grey. Pretty, but kinda blah

I'm kind of there too. If the color is what I think it is and the texture is not terrible, I'm probably going to pick it up. Such a unique color!

psst, miss elegant-one: did you see the BB Black Pearl lipgloss at your BB counter? I'm kind of lemming that one too.

i have definately decided on the tempting quad, proably the spiced chocolate quad. at first i saw the dark lips and thought no no no....but today i was browsing through TJMaxx and they had some fall dresses out, gray tweed that would go great with tall black boots...and i thought of the dark cult of cherry lips (too much makeup on my mind, for sure!)....i think it would make me look bossier at work, and since im the boss, i think its a look i should do for fall...let people know i mean bizzzznessss lol

Seeing the facecharts makes me want to buy everything from this collection...i'm a bit on the dramitic side...

i've been asked if i was goth..and i told them i don't even wear all black..lol

but i can't wait to get So Scarlet l/s...i buy everything that is named Scarlett...That is what I named my daughter..

However it does bug me that they don't spell it with 2 T's...lol

Man I think that first face chart is HOT. So Scarlet??? Well the eyes at least. The lipstick color definantly has to go. I think I safely talked myself out of the Tempting quad since I have tempting already. Its seems like every single time when a quad comes out I ONLY want ONE color in the damn thing!!!

I agree. It is one of those eyeshadows is REALLY hard to make it work. And because it is so dark, if you mess up it's hard to correct without going into that WHOA dark eye kind of thing. I can get it to work like 1/4 times I try it. =/ I already have two of it, but I think I'm going to be getting this quad as gratis so it's not too bad. I just don't know why it has to be repromoted. Why not repromote the permanent Signed, Sealed from Matte2? It looks just like Shadowy Lady but has the most incredible texture, pigmentation, and blendability. It's really frustrating. At least you feel my pain Audrey. Shadowy Lady just... isn't the best.

The "match" in a way to Pharaoh Paint Pot would probably be deemed Pagan, a Satin eyeshadow released along with Pharaoh in McQueen. It was most likely meant for the two to be used together to create an intensely green-yellow, opaque, long lasting eye. However, I have used that Paint Pot for many of those toned eyeshadows including Bitter, and Sour Lemon as well as Pagan.

On that same note (and more related to the thread) Sharp is fairly close to those shadows. However when I first looked at it the first shadow that came to mind is Eyepopping from C Shock. While being an acidy yellow-green, it also had a frostier finish than most others. While Pagan and Bitter are both Satin-finish, Sharp has a frostier finish to it. Right now I'd have to say the closest Dupe to it is Eyepopping. However, you all have to keep in mind that that may change once I have Sharp in my hand to swatch next to it.

It is labeled as a frost. I hate to say it but it seemed like a lustre to me. =/

At first I wasn't crazy about this collection at all... then I saw swatches for the tempting quad. I want itttt, mainly for the sharp e/s but hey, I also need so more neutrals/browns.

You are right Adina! We are not forced to do the exact same face charts. I am getting excited to play with the darker colors since they are normally not what I go towards.
