Right...and they are really not. Lightfull reminds me of a purple Yogurt if that makes sense because Yogurt is like a light pink matte if remember right. ANd then Smudged Violet, hmm idk cuz iont really care for sparkle e/s. Reminds me of Greensmoke (appearance wise). i never owned that color tho so i dont know what it looks like on skin. Maybe i can do some swatches of other colors later

If I have yogurt and deep truth but not shadowy lady, how important do you think this quad would be to me? It sounds like based on what you are saying that I could get away without having to purchase this one and I might not cry.

It feels good to be back, and with such an enticing collection in the distance.

This could lend itself to some very strong looks. Very 20's dame with a new millenium vibrancy. I'm all about it.

Well, you can get Shadowy Lady anytime since it's permanent, but to be honest, it's matte, and pretty hard to work with. I don't have Yogurt, but I do have Digit which is a pale purple color and it's a satin. Meh, I think I am probably gonna pass. (Not that there will be anything left in my wallet after the month of July anyway

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I could get shadowy lady if I really needed it at anytime. It doesn't sound like based on Neezer's reviews that the other 2 colors in the quad are necessities. The swatches didn't seem like anything I couldn't find a dupe for, but together they do make a nice looking quad....I think I might ponder on this one for a bit....Perhaps I will ask my bank account for advice.

I honestly think that quad can be duped two times over. I was just looking at my mattes and i think now that i remember Digit would be a great comparison to that Lightfull like Audrey said. Or Shale.

Just saw the swatches for all three quads in the swatch thread (thank you ladies!). Can I predict right now that Spiced Chocolate is going to sellout very quickly? I love these colors.

I'm so tempted by the Tempting quad lol. But I only want it for that green colour, since I already have Dark Edge and can get Tempting anytime. And I don't think I'll get the Shadowy Lady quad since I only like two of the colours in it and one is permanent. But... I totally want the Spiced Chocolate quad. It's so lovely looking. I can't wait to see swatches of the other products too.

Totally agree

My other BIG favorite is Smudged Violet! That is a gorgeous smokey eye color!!! It will look fabu with grays, browns or slate blues

Oh, & BTW...OPI (see that thread) will be releasing their fall nail polish with....looks like a color very similar to the Smudged Violet color!

I hear ya with Smudged Violet! THAT is the reason I want that quad! I use Deep Truth quite a bit, so having 2 wouldn't be big deal, and I can always use a matte-ish highlight color, so I am 99% sure I will end up with the SL quad. I like the Temping quad for the green, but it looks awefully like bitter, eyepopping, overgrown, chartreuse pigment, and every other yellow-green shadow that MAC has come out with... The chocolate quad is a bit different for me, but since we will hopefully be back in PA for fall, and I will be living in jeans and sweaters, I may end up with this one too... I find it hard to wear "fall" type colors here in Florida since it seems like summer all the time!

Ohhh....after seeing the swatches I think I have changed my mind about the spiced chocolate quad! I want!! So scarlet lipstick looks gorgeous and I love that it is an AC but I think that it would make me looked washed out because I am so fair. I am not going to count it out just yet as I love, love reds and the AC finish.
