SAME here, nothing else really appeals to me! I have been debating about whether or not to get Glamour Check since it is in the same color family as these but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go ahead and get it, haha! Can't WAIT for this quad tho, it will be my first quad and I am very excited, I loveeee browns/bronzes/coppers!!!

I'm majorly fair-skinned so the vampy lip colors are too much for me, but I am dying to get my hands on the Shadowy Lady quad, Rich & Ripe lipglass, and Lightly Ripe lipstick. Those look sexy!

I am very fair skinned as well but I really want to see if I can pull of So Scarlet lipstick. It looks just gorgeous and I love the amplified finish.

I think the collection is BEAUTIFUL!!!! It's what we should expected for Fall balanced with that unexpected twist that we expect from MAC… in this case a dark lip bumped up a few notches to an almost blackened supper glossy effect. This, to me, will be the epitome of chic this Fall season. It's unapologetically indulgent.

The main thing to wear with this KILLER collection would have to be confidence… So as you exit your Mercedes Limousine don't forget to touch up with your Liqueur Lipglass to complete your look as you prowl the moonlight cobble stone streets in stilettos and floor dragging matte jersey.

So last night I was looking through my train case and I came across my Take Wing Quad and I think it is really similar to some of the COC eyeshadows. I think Bravado is similar to Sweet Chestnut (Spiced Choc Quad), and Take Wing is similar to Spiced Chocolate (Spiced Choc Quad), . Also, Tickles is similar to Smudged Violet (Shadowy Lady Quad). I'm kinda bummed because now I can't really justify buying these quads! Grrr!!

I have the Take Wing quad as well. I'm hoping that this round of quads are better than Take Wing. That quad was probably one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. The pigmentation on those shadows was so bad. If the CoC quads have decent shadows with good pigmentation, I'll buy them in a heartbeat and my Take Wing quad can continue to gather dust.

I'm debating whether to order this online the second it launches or to wait and see reviews from Specktra first...ho hum, I don't know if I'll be able to make myself wait so I might as well just go for it, eh? Plus I'm sure some of the wonderful Specktrettes will have reviews before it launches (gotta love those previews!)

Ah, Charleston! That's where I got my Master's degree. I love the city, but did not like the humidity. My fondest memory of Charleston is discovering MAC there! Hahaha! Who knew then that it would turn in to a major obsession!

Oh, thanks for this suggestion of a dup quad. I'll have to bring mine to see. But I'll probably still get all three quads. Or at least two if I don't like Tempting, since I do have Tempting already...I may just get a dup for the yellow. Aargh! So many things to think about between now and the 21st!!!

Okay,so I saw this collection yesterday,and it is HOT!!!

First off,I only got to see this for a few minutes,so I didn't really look at the lipsticks-sorry

Okay the quads are wicked nice-Smudged Violet is like a silvery grayish with a tiny bit of lavendar to it and is very shimmery.I wish that it came in a single pot instead.The spiced chocolate quad-soooo gorgeous,though dupeable.A cranberry looking colour,(I forgot some of the color names)and also a rich,orangey bronzish type color(I think that it was Brash)And Sharp from the Tempting quad-I was like look at that green

It does look like Sour Lemon with a really pretty light shimmer to it.I will definately be getting that quad for sure.Lipglasses-Liqeur is a weird color-kinda a light taupey bronze sort of color.Jampacked-a dark grapeish sort of color with a pretty shimmer to it.Cult of Cherry-omg that red is so freakin beautiful!!A cool toned red that looks like Red Romp from last year.Cherry Blossom-not unique imo,looks like a lot of other MAC lipglasses-very similar to Cultureclash-but I will still get it anyway!I didn't see the last lg.Lightly Ripe?Okay the blushes are so nice-

Blooming-it reminds me of the Stray Rose blush from a few years back-a dusty rose except this has a lght shimmer to it.Plum D Bois-bornzy plum with some gold shimmer.The Mattenes are rich and dark-I only looked at one and it was a nice deep red.I am not sure of the name.Also the nail lacquers are nice but not unique.Illegal Purple looks like Nocturenelle nl(I think that's what it's called)Drk eggplant-no shimmer.Silverstruck nl-silvery taupeish beige.

So I will be going back next week to take a close look at this-there was a lot to look at along with Overrich pigments.

If I could build my own quad from this collection (MAC, seriously think about this idea!!), I'd get Smudged Violet, Sharp, Next to Nothing, and Dark Edge.

The "build-your-own-quad" for an LE collection would be a great idea! Or they could have just released the shadows in the individual pots, and we could just depot them into our own palettes. (Wishful thinking...) But for this collection, I'd love to make a quad of Sharp, Smudged Violet, Brash, and Sweet Chestnut. That would be gorgeous!

What would be really cool is if they made special cases for the quads, like Heatherette, only for 4 shadows, in a series of two or three designs. Then you could select from a 10 or 12 shadows in pans created specially for this collection and make up a personalized quad. So colors you really love in special case that you love too.
