I can't wait to get back to the desert before I get sick in this midwest humidity.

Well if people start to look at themselves they see way more than other people actually do. I do understand that it's probably not always easy for you. But you really do look fine, you can trust my *nose* on that one!

Just got a chance to play with the products I ordered... Everything is ok... The only product I really am impressed by is YGI l/g. I don't have anything like it. Everything else is pretty, but I could've definitely done without.

I just went and picked up my other items that was on hold ( including another Lavish Living blush and Exhibit A) . My final order is very small however I don't want to post it yet as its still kinda early, lol. The tester for Lavish Living was already gone and there was a perm blush substituting its place. I think that this blush may just be the one to get to avoid the dreadful skippers remorse. Pretty Honeybee, I blame you!

I'm surprised things were selling out. I only went to the counter to pick up YGI bc i was tired of doing online orders lol. Those lipsticks came today and i went to the counter to try them and confirmed that EE is way too taupe for me, FOF is too light on my lips, but i do think the creamsheens are better than the actual lipsticks. But besides YGI i didn't feel compelled to get anything else different. I did get a MSF though, the Poised one. Scene to be Seen was way too rosy on me

For some reason I am having strange interactions with other Mac customers on launch day. I walk in right behind a woman and she's standing square in front of the display. So I go off to the side and reach over for whatever she's not holding, obviously and she looks at me like I just snatched her purse. Oh, is this a waiting line.

And I guess in some effort to cockblock me she gave the MUA the items she wanted from the display. Either that or she's incapable of remembering product names. This entire time she's glancing over at me. We check out at the same time and she's looking over at me still. Then, when we walk out, she's a couple of steps behind me but she puts great effort in to pick up her pace so that she can surpass me, while still looking back at me!!

People, man.

How weird!! Sounds like sometime that would happen to me. I recently just had a lunatic accost me as I was getting my daughter from school. People in this area has a tenancy to park ridiculously. Just park over the line, or totally crooked. It's frustrating to say the least when parking is scarce. So here I am, parked 1 inch from the curb, nice as you please and some old lady drives by, rolls down her window and stops to yell at me: "You park terrible!!!!" Well, she yelled it at me in German, then they I told I don't speak German, she yelled at me again in English. I looked at my car, checked my tires and their proximity to the curb and I really couldn't figure out what the deal was. Oh well.

Completely true!

For the longest time I had very bad skin. Now it's much better and with a bit of make up magic it looks nice. Many coworkers have told me so, but my self-cosnscious instinct is to say that it's fake, it's make up. We shouldn't be such hard judges on ourselves when we are much more positive with others

I just got back from the mall and checking out the collection. I'm too tired to catch up on this thread or post any pics now (long week at work), BUT I just wanted to drop in and say that if you have a chance to look at these products, you should before deciding to skip. Online, the products look "Meh," but IRL... they are PRET-TAY. I will say they aren't very unique or bold IMO, but I definitely don't have dupes in my collection. I picked up STBS, PP CSG, PP L/S, and YGI l/s. I already spent some $$$ at Bobbi Brown on skincare and makeup today so I stopped there for now lol. PP l/s appears darker on me than I expected (which is great) and than what I have seen in the WOC pics here. Can't wait to play with it!

Thinking I will go back next weekend and get the PFP l/s if it's still there... not sure I 'need' PFP CSG, but I WANT it!

We'll see who wins that battle.

I swatched EE l/s on my hand but... NO. Not for me. I will not be going back for any other MSF or MES products, as nothing else interests me. Looking forward to catching up and seeing everyone's hauls!

Oh and YGI l/s is pretty on lighter skin, but looks special on darker skin

Will def be layering with this.

Somebody please tell me that I can skip Private Party l/s. One of the MUA's had on both the lipstick and the cremesheen gloss and it looked so pretty on her. Somehow I don't think it will look that way on me.

I only bought the PFP l/s and l/g and I think that I will be going back for PP l/g. Wavering on PP l/s because I hardly ever wear my purple lipsticks; I'm usually rocking a red lipstick. It looks similar to a few that I already own so I think that I can skip it without too much remorse.(Unless it is still in stock when I get paid next week.)

I ordered the lip bag with Dark Deed. I can't remember the last time I bought a holiday set but I wasn't missing Dark Deed again. Lol. My EE should arrive on Friday and quite frankly I'm scared it's going to look horrible on me. I'm hope the gloss in the lip bag will play nicely with it. I don't understand why they put that gloss in that bag but I'm going to try to get my money's worth.

night violet......is close to the smoked purple , i still think you can get smoked purple from mac pro? MAYBE ..but ..the i got it when the mattenes came out ..the first go round...but the only other dupe would be ..nars train bleu matte lip pen...with vino liner.., then you could also try ....mac yung rapunxel, or wet n wild vamp it up....to get kinda close....i love those too! ")

My 1st haul!! 2nd had Lured to Love, Perfectly Poised and Private Party in it. COA- initially hated it. Swirled it together with the 109 and OMG best iridescent highlighter ever. IDK where the iridescence comes from but it is there when it is swirled. LOVE!!! BTW, the chunky glitter when swatched DOES NOT transfer to the cheek. I used this as a highlighter today. StbS- HOLY Cow. Insane iridescence on this. Nice separately, AMAZEBALLS swirled. Love it. Wore it on the very top of my cheek on top of Lavish Living. I applied a dot of it with the 188 and blended it out. Lavish Living-Sweet Baby jeebus. Gorgeous. The blush I have been waiting YEARS for. So pretty. I used it lightly with the 187. Darker it just gets prettier. Should work for a lot of people. Flair for Finery-Meeh. Usually love these colors. 3n is great, so is Feed the Senses. This is ok. Nothing massively impressive. You've got it Lipstick- GREAT for highlighting the center lip. I will use it for a cheek highlighter too. WILL PHOTOGRAPH amazingly IMO. You've got it CSG- AMAZING. Must have x10. Private Party CSG-Very nice Flair for Finery CSG-Meeh. Ok Will be great for my 12 year old to wear daily. Until Dawn-Must have. Super smooth and pigmented. Past mighnight- Ok. Workable dry. Prettier wet. Not a must have Stares and Speculation- Perfect. What I wanted the one from Styleseeker to be. Great fluidline for everyday.

I look like crap  because I am cleaning and packing to drive 17 hours back home tomorrow but I took a couple of pics anyway. I don't do crazy dramatic for everyday and I hate posting pics because 1. I have a crooked nose from a break that even a nose job did not fix and 2. I have Strabismus that was corrected but still pics up in 90% of my selfies now.  Flair for Finer lipstick with YGI glass, LL blush with StBS on top, CoA highlight, CoA on the browbone, Until Dawn lighter part on lid, darker in crease, Past Midnight on inner eye with dark side in outer V, Stares and Speculation Fluidline and a little Camel Coat in my brows from way earlier this morning.

Oh, and you look so pretty and fresh-faced! Have a good drive! Or at least as good as a 17 hour drive can be.

Just received 1/2 black boxes. Opened up EE l/s and nicked the lipstick. Wtf! The lipstick itself is already sticking out a lot from its holder. @:&+4#++7+#04/7!!!!!!!!
