A MAC-dar sounds like a resourceful thing to have XD

Not really, if I got the chance I wanted to play with the PRO blushes, with FB white and with the chromapencils thingies, particularly the NC20 and see if it worked for the inner waterline: mine always looks redish which is kind of weird when you have your full make up on! Thank you anyway!

And wow sounds like yo keep going back and forth!
I have the chromagraphic pencil in NW25/NC30. Never really bought into the whole put it on your waterline thing... Maybe a white waterline looks great on others but it just looks wrong on me. I'm black waterline all the way! Anyway, I tend to use that pencil for intense spot concealing. You know, like sometimes you have a zit that's so huge that it takes up half your face and no amount of concealer or foundation would properly cover it because of the topography because once you blend it the product ends up on the edges of the blemish and makes it all the more obvious? Well, that's when I use that pencil and I colour over it and tap it a few times without blending.

And yes I want that damn canister because I am moving soon and I want to protect my brushes. They get squashed sometimes in the brush roll-up thingy.

Have you finalized your Divine Night wish list yet? I think I have finally whittled it down to Lavish Living blush. I am hoping to see someone near my foundation shade wear it before I pull the trigger. If it looks like a punched-in-the-face sort of colour, I am definitely skipping.

Rather looking forward to the coral lipgloss set though! It's all colours I love. And possibly the coral lip and cheek bag - already have Margin but I am curious to see what the Night to Remember lipstick looks like! A "warm red frost" cremesheen sounds yummy, although I have to say that my new favourite finish is Retro Matte! Those things just don't budge!

I'm back from my MAC counter. I think I showed a lot of restraint. I only ended up getting two of the CSGs (YGI and PP). I tried PP l/s on and it was so pretty on my hand. Really smooth and creamy but on my lips it was way too dark. That being said, I feel that I don't have the personality to pull of a bold lip. Another girl was there and it looked gorgeous on her. The PP CSG on the other hand gave me a nice hint of berry color. For those of you who said you were skipping it because it seemed too close to Craving, it really isn't. Craving has more red in it where PP is much more berry toned. I swatched them side by side in the store but my phone isn't working so I couldn't take pics.

Hahahaha I so know what you mean! Personaly I am a bit self-conscious about the redish waterline. I have tried to disimulate it with a white (so not for me!) and a "vanilla" eyeliner but none of this options convinced me. I am looking for something subtle, that is why I want to try this pencils. Also, independently on wether they work or not it is good to know that I can use them for spot concealing.

Oh noes! I googled the canisters as I didn't know they existed and they sound like something I need to keep my more expensive brushes in! I am totally blaming you for this

My list has mutated several times. I love Love Godess, so I really look forward to PFP, and I also want to branch onto berries so I might try PP. However, there are permanent dupes listed on temptalia, and I have empties worth of 2 B2Ms, so if the difference is not worth it in my opinion, I am picking up the dupes cost free ;) As for the MSF and MB, I am waiting to meet them in person, though right now I am leaning towards PP, STBS, LL and LTL

I think I'm going to chance it and just go tonight, they likely won't be out of stock on day 1 here, I mean I got a Riri Woo a week after the launch... I can't decide what I want.

trying to limit myself as much as possible, since I may be going on a trip in a month and haven't even bought a plane ticket.

PP was the same for me, so pretty on my hand, but on the lips... Just no. Soo much darker and none of that purple mauvey goodness I was expecting.

I like makeup and I'm somewhat practical. Therefore, I don't need a bazillion msf, so what would be a good go-to msf as a highlighter for NW45/Matchmaster 8.5? what about a good everyday msf as blush as well? Thanks
im about an N-something 42 and i use the deep dark and dark msf to contour and med drk to set all over. as far as a highlighter my faves are soft n gentle (or blonde) in a pinch and whisper of guilt and/or superb (LE)

If you really want something very practical for daytime or nighttime, that's not too over the top, I'd say you may want to just skip the MSFs from this collection and go for Lavish Living blush - that one will give you a lot of bang for your buck while not being boring or too outrageous. Or, wait for the Magnetic Nude collection and check out the Extra Dimension Skin Finishes - they're beautiful highlighters that have a lot of sheen to them, but are more in the simple but sophisticated category than Divine Night's MSFs, which are definitely party time, fantasy makeup.

i surprised i only got one thing from this collection. i went to the mac store today and only got FfF l/s. its sooo pretty. if you are a fan of hue then you'll love this, it's basically a dupe. i have hue and i put each of them on half of my lips and you can't tell a difference. so just a heads up if you already have hue then you don't need both. but i love hue so i don't mind having a dupe plus the packaging is nice. as for the msf's, i usually go crazy for, but i really didn't like any of these. one had chunky glitter, one had this strange purple iridescence which i can't imagine would look flattering as a highlight, and the plummy one didn't really impress me. kinda bummed about this collection. but i did also pick up diva l/s and i LOOOOVEEE it :) such a beautiful vampy color.

I have a lot of catching up on the thread to do but I just came from MAC on my lunch break and got some hand swatches of all of the lippies and one blush... From top left to right, PP LS, PP CSG, PFP LS, PFP CSG, FF LS, FF CSG (half of the CSG wiped off on my steering wheel so that little sliver remnant is a swatch fail sorry lol), YGI LS, EE LS, YGI CSG, Lavish Living mineralize blush. I only bought EE and YGI LS+CSG, but you guys' swatches got me on PP so I picked up that and the CSG also for good measure lol. Top pic was in the car and the bottom pic was in artificial lighting. You may need to click on each pic to see clearer.

While EE doesn't blow me away it's still a nice every day nude for me, especially paired with YGI CSG. I am geeked to use YGI for layering and mixing with other shades. I saw that gold frost and my eyes lit up lol! PP is going to me my "office" pink lip bc all of the pinks I own are bright as hell or bubblegum pink and I just feel like corporate America can't handle all of that in the board room lmao... Nothing else moved me enough to swatch. Lavish living slight pissed me off though, I'm sure my face scrunched up after I swatched it on my hand lol.

Try fascinating on the lower waterline or a lavender color. Those work for me to reduce redness.

My 1st haul!! 2nd had Lured to Love, Perfectly Poised and Private Party in it.

COA- initially hated it. Swirled it together with the 109 and OMG best iridescent highlighter ever. IDK where the iridescence comes from but it is there when it is swirled. LOVE!!! BTW, the chunky glitter when swatched DOES NOT transfer to the cheek. I used this as a highlighter today.

StbS- HOLY Cow. Insane iridescence on this. Nice separately, AMAZEBALLS swirled. Love it. Wore it on the very top of my cheek on top of Lavish Living. I applied a dot of it with the 188 and blended it out.

Lavish Living-Sweet Baby jeebus. Gorgeous. The blush I have been waiting YEARS for. So pretty. I used it lightly with the 187. Darker it just gets prettier. Should work for a lot of people.

Flair for Finery-Meeh. Usually love these colors. 3n is great, so is Feed the Senses. This is ok. Nothing massively impressive.

You've got it Lipstick- GREAT for highlighting the center lip. I will use it for a cheek highlighter too. WILL PHOTOGRAPH amazingly IMO.

You've got it CSG- AMAZING. Must have x10.
Private Party CSG-Very nice
Flair for Finery CSG-Meeh. Ok Will be great for my 12 year old to wear daily.

Until Dawn-Must have. Super smooth and pigmented.
Past mighnight- Ok. Workable dry. Prettier wet. Not a must have

Stares and Speculation- Perfect. What I wanted the one from Styleseeker to be. Great fluidline for everyday.

Has anyone seen the eye kits? I'm thinking of getting the nude set. But was hoping to hear what the blackened plum f/l looked like before I bought it.
