Wow... that was rather quick for the Cdn site. Not that I'm entirely surprised because it really is nice.

Anything over a CCB would crease on me.

I love this too! I find it on the warmer side for a frosty pink, and can wear it all on it's own because it works so well with my skintone!

If you're going to get any more of these, this is the one to get. Not only are the colours very pretty, but the texture of this one is the best of the bunch imo.

I posted a pic of me wearing it in the FOTD section, but like you said, it might not be an accurate pic. I think it looks pretty similar in the pic to what it looks like IRL on my lips. Although, bear in mind that I do have culture clash over it.

I think it is such a gorgeous color. It has a hint of peach to it and is similar to bombshell (like others have mentioned), but I would say it is like a bombshell with peach tones for people who like to wear warmer colors. It doesn't come off too frosty on me. More like a pinkish/peach with a bit of metallic shine. Does that make sense? HTH!! BTW, elegant, I think you would look gorgeous in it!!

i'm in love with this collection, i've never gotten a mineralize eyeshadow before.. and these are beyond gorgeous.

I ended up getting hot contrast, sea & sky and odd couple. I'm going back for pink split sometime later this week because I was on a budget today.

So ladies, I'm planning on adding some green shadows to my collection and am wondering if getting fresh green would be better than having humid and shimmermoss, or a similar lighter green. Any opinions?

And I haven't heard any thoughts on the lipglasses. No good?

Two to Glow is also sold out on the Canadian site. (Along with fresh green). Are any sold out on the US site?

Well if it helps any, I got Fresh Green Mix and wore it together WITH Humid the other day. The solid side is similar to Chartreuese Pigment, but I prefer Fresh Green Mix because it is a solid shadow as opposed to a loose pigment. Neither side in the duo is similar to Shimmermoss. I only got 2 shadows, Fresh Green Mix and Sea and Sky. I have full palettes of both blue and green shadows, and I felt both of these were unique enough to spend the money on them. I love them both!

I'm pretty much a noob but I was wondering if you moisten your lids...would that work as a base? lol x.x

Is fresh green mix better than sea and sky for Asian skin tones? o_O

i'm gonna have to agree with Audrey on this one. I have both humid and shimmermoss and i got fresh green mix. none of the two eyeshadows mentioned are similar to fresh green mix [humid is a dark forest green, shimmermoss is a blue green & fresh green mix is a lime green/chartreuse], but all three of them will look beautiful together. get fresh green mix before it's too late

i definately agree with audrey on this one...i have quite a few greens but fresh green mix is completely different and totally worth owning. I used it wet over Chartru paint the other day and it was probably equivalent to using Chartruse pigment with out the fall out and headache of using a pigment. i personally do not own Chartruse pigment but i have other pigments and they are a pain to use when i am in a rush and having seen swatches they are quite similar.
humid and shimmermoss are different then fresh green mix and i think that they are worth having too especially humid. Shimmermoss is actually more of a light teal color if i remember correctly which is completely different from the colors in fresh green mix. i hope this helps

yes and no. it depends on what you want the base to do. water would help to intensify the color when you initially apply the shadows, but it won't help the shadows to stay longer/put. if you are asian (like myself), i would recommand using an acutal base or these shadows will crease like crazy

Omg thanks so much! I have a question though; would something like eye kohl help it stick? (I can't afford a base if I buy a MES T-T $21 lol)

Thanks so much! I think I'm going to have to have a tough time choosing which one! They're both so pretty!!!

Well actually I think I'm going to buy Fresh Mix first because it's getting sold out really quickly and put Sea and Sky on my wishllist and hope it will still be in stock! Hey it's plausible...I hope XD (lol I remember I went to the local mac and bought a duel-edge eye kohl for Heatherette late last month!

it will help it stick, but it won't keep it from creasing if colors tend to to that on you.

Its really great paired up with any of the new MB colors & a subtle Tendertone lip color or Sonic Vibe l/g

Just 8 more days till I get paid. I know of 3 MAC counters and 1 freestanding, so I should be able to get Hot Contrast if anything. It's so unique looking, more so than Odd Couple even!

I purchased fresh green and humid at nordies, if you are asking if fresh green and humid are similar; No they are not but they do complement each other very nicely!

Hey,

This is my first post here, yay! I had a question I thought I didn't need or want Love Connection, Two to Glow, Hot Contrast, Polar Opposites or Pink Split (I purchased the other 4) but it seems that people are raving bout these colors. Go figure, I want them now damn MAC!! Any who, are there dupes from the permanent line for those 5 colors? Like love connection and swish? Any help would be great!
