I'm going to do what you described. I kinda can see it in the pic. You look pretty, do you have that fold in your eyelid too? I always need new ideas on how to create looks with this "issue".

If not, I'll just pass this along to my mother.

thanks pretty packages. i'm not sure whether i have a fold on my eyelid...the picture shows my eyes pretty accurately, but not so sure about the rest of my face! i think i need to sort out the best way to take pics...

definitely post a pic!

i haven't used havana on it's own yet (without rich core) but i might try that out tomorrow and see how i feel about it. so far i like these shadows, but i feel like on their own they seem to lack a little oomph...

and i tried out superb for the first time today with a 187, and nothing appeared on my skin. what am i doing wrong? maybe i need the special brush...but i can't afford it!!!
I just use my 109 with superb.what I do is I brush the product 2 or 3 times then spritz fix plus or any spritz but not too close to the brush and first dab where u want the highlighting effect until u have reached the desired effect then bluff it out. It really works nicely.

Anyone who missed the EDES they have almost all of them still at Nordstroms and they still have Glorify and WoG. Shipping and returns are free. I am not affiliated, just went back and got Rich Core and Glorify myself because they have looked so purty in the swatches.

The 187 works for cheek color when you want a less intense effect. Like when you want a light application of a super pigmented/super bright or dark blush. For the Skinfinish, I would use a firmer or more dense brush than the 187. I've been using the 165 and 189. I don't think either are available right now.

I feel better that I'm not the only one still hauling lol. As soon as I'm content with my 1 skin finish and 6 shadows Enabling kicks in and I can help myself! lol The only ones I know for sure I dont want is Rich Core and Havana. If I have EL silver cyber eyes do I need Warm Thunder?

I just love the texture of these shadows! Yes the colors are pretty standard, but its the formula that makes them so amazing. I love the way mes look but find they only look good wet, and I have sensitive allergy eyes so glittery wet shadows can irritate them. I tend to just put a little on top of other shadows. But these give a beautiful shimmer without being wet which is awesome for my eyes.

As for applying the shadows I find patting the shadows on with my 239 and 252 then taking a lighter color and blending out the edges work the best. I do have to kinda dig as some have been saying, but it doesnt seem to dent them much. I've been using too faced glitter glue as a base and that seems to work well. I'll have to try it with my mes too.

Dark Dare seems divine! I just have so many black shadows. And I barely use them cause its hard for me to wear them sometimes. I dont know what it is exactly. It might be because I dont have much of a crease, you only see the crease when I raise my eyebrows.

Treasure Hunt pp under Sweet Heat is a super quick neutral eye look with a kick, love it!

I went to a Chanel event yesterday and the MA did the same thing on me. 2 MAs were working on me! One put a dark green on the outer corner and then the other MA came over showed the MA how to bring it up higher. When I looked in the mirror it looked pretty good, I was surprised how far they brought the color up. But I liked it.

i know, i was a bit scared when i saw that the MA was applying dark colour so high up, but it looked really good in the end! i haven't been able to replicate 100%, but i'll keep trying...

ok that's useful info about the 187...i guess i'll try using the 109 or 131 in that case...hopefully the 128 will still be around a couple of weeks, i might pick one up then.

I caved and ordered Rich Core from Nordstrom. It should be here Wednesday. Now I am thinking about Lunar and Dark Dare.
