I'm quite at a loss what to do with Jealousy. It looks gorgeous, sure, but what lippies would you girls pair with it? What looks woold you wear with it?

i'm not sure what i'd wear it with to be honest! perhaps on it's own or maybe with a deep berry lipstick underneeth. it's one to experiment with!

I'm wondering what kind of eye MU I'm going to pair with it - golden, maybe? Antique gold? With a coppery lip and Jealousy layered above?

questions, questions... I want that collection, now!!!!!!

So grateful for swatches. I was able to knock some stuff off the WishList

OUT On the Prowl (afraid this will look like doo doo on my lips), To Pamper, Quiet Roar, Docile, Spree, Smokey Heir and Lithe

IN: Aristocat! Liquid Lurex, Drive Me Wild, Outminxed, Superior, Pet Me Please, Best of Breed, Jealous, Schemer, Treat Me Nice, Defiantly Feline, Marked for Glamour, Utterly Game, Desires & Devices, Big Blue, Palace Pedigreed Quad, Burmese Beauty Quad

ON the FENCE: Lap of Luxury (I so rarely rock dark purple, but the eggplant color is intriguing), Powerful? (do i need more coral) Leopard Luxe Quad (Do I really need more gold or black e/s???) Liquid Lurex--is this too glittery for me to love? I don't need it plus Jealousy...but I like its in a lipstick form, less sticky...Burmese Beauty Bag--a totally unnecessary purchase but I can unload it on ebay if I don't love it, Lithe piggy--do I really need more golden pigments??? Not really and should be able to score a sample jar somewhere

it can be built up with a couple of coats to be pretty opaque. I think it would look gorgeous with Jealousy over top.

I also think that jeaousy would add a really interesting, dimensional effect to pink lipsticks. One of the face charts shows it over the Taupe lippie from the same collection, which sounds very cool.

Isn't half the fun in experimenting?

After seeing the swatches, my list is altered a little, but it's still pretty huge. I have some questions about comparisons/ dupes that I'm hoping someone can answer for me...

Bloodline p/m compared to Deep Purple
Drive Me Wild l/s compared to VG Cyndi
Schemer compared to gold l/g from SCF4 (Gold Dust? Gold Mine?)
Lap of Luxury l/g compared to Jampacked

I'm hopeful that this will help me cut down a bit... If I already have something basically the same, there's no need to buy others. Right?

I could be wrong about my dupes but so be it, I like that I have talked myself out of it.
Seriously, except for Furiously Fabulous, I don't see the need for any quads. I am also going to wait them out b/c FF will be released as a single e/s, it will be too popular, not to be.

Looks pretty darn close to me

Mauvement is way warmer than Subtle. Subtle is also one note pigment, it's just taupe.
Mauvement is a taupe with purple,gold and red glitters, at least mine is, I don't know if the new one will be the same. It is insanely gorgeous.

I'm hoping not to purchase much from this collection. I'm trying to convince myself I don't need the Leopard Luxe quad!

I have my eye on the mini brushes and Out-minxed lipstick though.

Oh by the way, I'm trying to budget for this... does anyone know how much the Superslick eyeliners will sell for? Or do we not know since those are new?

i have like 5 of them on my "maybe" list right now.

The colors in the quads are pretty but I've feel like I've seen them all before. Maybe they aren't exactly the same as what Mac has released before but when they are on your face who can tell.

It's funny how this is the second "Lap of Luxury" lipglass but as a different colour. OK, from Baroque Boudoir it was "THE Lap of Luxury"

The new one reminds me of that collections deep plum lipstick.

I am STILL trying to really decide with this collection. I think this is the one I am the most excited for. LOVE the face charts!

Leopard Luxe:
The eyeshadow quad, it contains veluxe pearl shadow so if I only can get 1 thing this will be it!

Burmese beauty:
Jealous l/g

I'm not sure about Aristo-cat, it's a frost and on my lips it a bit to drying.
Maybe I buy Superior or Liquid lurex insted, I will take a look at the dazzle lipsticks next time at the MAC counter and then I, hopeful, know if I want them or not...
Best of breed l/g looks nice but do I need it if I buy Jealous....
Lap och Luxury looks nice too but when will I use it.....

Hopeful, if I can get someone to do a cp, I can split this collection i two.
Some in august and some in September, when the collection comes to Sweden.

i feel ya, the purple quad is similar to the purples in the spring colour forecast quad, minus the dark blue of course!
