I know what you mean! MAC is giving us a tough choice.

I also bought Free to Be from GMLOL collection. It's a pretty color, but I don't wear it often. My eyes are sensitive to the red dye. They get swollen every time I wear this and other darker pink or reddish shadows. Lighter pink seems fine.

Does anyone have Aqua? Is it easy to work with?

aw poor free to be! i never bought that one but it looks lovely in the pan. shame if it has payoff issues though. and isn't it perm now? so you guys could try it next time you are at mac!
Yep, Free to Be is perm. I bought it in pro palette form and I'm glad I did b/c if I'd gotten it in the container I'd be even more

aqua is a lovely colour and always seems to get good reviews! :) shontay has lots of positive things to say about it! :)

I think that on sunday i shall try and do a fashion flower look by trying to dupe the colours from this collection. it can be a challenge for me! :)

For the curious, I just want to confirm my feelings on the shadows in this collection that I already have. Aqua is  Free to Be is lackluster(I hate it, really) Lucky Green is gorgeous and pigmented(even though I've had it for ages, I have yet to wear it, but I know it's great) Bows & Curtsey's is a gorgeous dark green that swatches pretty bad, but works just fine I think I will try swatches in a few

I totally can understand this, I have the same exact problem. I never ever used to wear lipstick, I bought a MAC lipstick and it was downhill from there. It's just so much faster to throw on lipstick and lipgloss in the mornings than full eye makeup! Blush has been a dangerous thing too lately. hehe It seems like MAC has not been putting out very many awesome eyeshadows lately, either. I think that's what I'll blame it on ;) Texture and pigmentation has been lacking, and they keep putting out those big $20 eyeshadows. I just couldn't get myself to spend $20 on a peacocky shadow even though I heard they were great!

And I cannot wait for full swatches of all of this, it sounds gorgeous and so springy! And the promo picture is to die for, so lovely, soft, and romantic!
I find lipgelee's smooth and less sticky than lipglass. Very comfortable. Some people complain of the glitter getting on their face when they remove it. There's 2 ways to avoid that: wrap a piece of tissue on your finger and carefully remove the lipgelee or having a color underneath the lipgelee, like a lipstick, helps you for a less messy cleanup. I adore the two that I have. I say try at least one.

Awww I really wanted Bows and Curtsies to be well..... more GREEN. It looks really greyish black in that swatch. Sigghhh. The perfect hunter green still alludes me.

Aqua and Lucky Green are on my wish list now.

Does anyone know if Bows & Curtsey is close to Oomph? Oomph is my only dark green MAC shadow. Sorry I don't have anything else to compare.
I don't own Oomph, but from looking at online swatches, it seems greener than B&C's. B&C's has more black in it. It's a really blackened green. You can bring the green out, though by pairing it with lighter greens. I have mine in the 6 Twists holiday palette and when I use it with the green from that set (which, ironically, looks a lot like Lucky Green), you can really see the green in B&C's.

yeah the lip gelee are much smooother than lipglass. i feel they are a bit more like lustre glass in texture but super sparkly! even more so than dazzleglasses! i really like the more recent ones we have been getting :)

and i think that deep blue green pigment will be a dupe for bows and curtseys. but i shall be finding out on sunday how close it really is!
