im confused.. is ever hip the taupe lipstick?

either way, i cant wait for the collection to come out.. its some time in may right? im wondering why we dont have the full colour story yet.. sigh...

No the taupe color is a new color. Paparazzi boy put it in the swatch thread i forgot the name. Ever hip is a coral color and a repromotr of liberty of london collection

i played around with my ever hip again.. i forgot how patchy it applied. i def have to exfoliate with this lippe and its not as opaque as my other cremesheen lipstick. such a shame because it is a beautiful pinky-coral color. I will only get a backup if Mac improved the quality of this lipstick for this collection. I really hope they did

Free to Be=Deep Truth=Showstopper.... LOL! I wonder if we will see Showstopper again this year. HMMMM...

At least Showstopper is LE, unlike all of the perm repromotes. And until recently Showstopper wasn't repromoted very often (Diana Ross in Jan 2005, Smoke Signals in August 2007). Permanent shadows in LE collections are such a waste...

Wow- that green lippie looks like a great layering lippie! I think I'll skip it, though, since the glaze finish and I don't mix. I don't know why since everyone else seems to love them, but they just don't work for me.

Summer Shower looks awesome, as does Mlle. Light, actually. Not sure if I need another light pink. I seem to remember that Ever Hip looked gross on me (as peach colours often do)... We shall see...

That's odd. I have never had any application problems with Ever Hip. I wonder if you got a dud. I bought 2 backups as I love it so much. It goes on like a dream for me and the color is perfect, a nice coral but not too bright. I'm very pale so it shows up a nice pop of color. This is one of my top favs l/s and its especailly lovely because I love the Liberty packaging so much.

Mlle lipstick is a repromote from wayyy back,it was originally in the Femme Noir collection in August of 03'.I'm really happy that it's coming back,that was a huge shock to see that

No probs!I am so happy to get ahold of it finally,I knew about it but 03 was before I started buying MAC.I'm actually quite surprised by this only because MAC hasn't been known lately to go back that far for re-releases,but it's very smart because Mlle is so pretty!Now if only they would do the same for Lightscapade and Pleasureflush and we'd be all set!

I love the look of Mlle! I like the taupe and mint coloured lipsticks too. I think i won't back up Ever Hip because i have lots left in the tube. I do like it, but i like pinks more.

Ever Hip is so,so pretty.....got it with the Liberty Of London Collection and love it so much.
I am happy to see it back.
