MAC - Fashion Flower Discussion

I really hope Budding Beauty isn't as glittery as the one Temptalia swatched..it was the only Lip Gelee I wanted =(

Looks like Mac skimped on the pigment in these shadows in favor of the flowery design. That's too bad. Groundcover looks like dirt and that's not quite what I had in mind. Pass. I wish Temptalia had Budding Beauty lipgelee to review because that's the only one I am interested in. I don't know why but I am tempted to buy Ever Hip. It's a hot commodity. I have to swatch carefully and see if it's something I can pull off. I think it's possible especially if I put Budding Beauty over it. Most likely, I will be getting Summer Shower. It seems pretty and easy and I can play with it by putting different glosses on top. The BP's are duds. So, it's just BB lipgelee, Summer Shower lipstick and maybe Ever Hip. Yay!

So this collection is coming out april 28 instead of the 5th is that whats going on now? Someone please clarify for me. When is it getting released in the US at non pro stores? Im starting to get a headache with all of the date changes different countries and pro access Thanks

i got it and i depotted it into a pill case so i could b2m it. I dont do that to my lippies unless i really dont care for it. The color is beautiful, but i hated the application on my lips. it was uneven and i always had to try smoothing it out with my fingers. at least now that i depotted it i just use a lipbrush. application is much easier, but i know i wouldnt buy it again. I like my lippies hassle-free

yea me too. i already crossed fashion flowers lipgelee off because it looked way too sheer and glittery for my lips. But i 100% wanted Budding beauty from the beginning but if its the same as fashion flowers i will skip... i guess that would be money saved to buy a back up of the colored mascara of my liking lol

I think I want Now in Season. It looks way better than that craptastic dazzleglass from Alice and Olivia. It screams summer to me and I can see it over coral lipsticks.

After seeing some more swatches I still want all the lipgelees.

I want Summer Shower I think it would be cool everyday throw on lipstick.

I'm starting to like Mlle. It's not on my list but I want to swatch it to see if I can pull it off.

None of the eyeshadows or beauty powders look good to me. They just look dry lol

I called my local MAC Pro and the MA said it will be in stores on April 28th, she stated the collection got moved up from May 5th

NOOO!!!! Damn. I don't get paid until the day after. Boo! I'll have to see what I can swing, I guess.....

I guess Mac decided 3 collections in one day was a bit much. Bummer because I was hoping Flighty would be at pro when I go tomorrow. I've scratched Ever Hip. I just looked up some videos with WOC wearing it and it just turned me off. It seems like a poor man's Niagara(Nars). So I still want BB and Now In Season lipgelee's and Summer Shower lipstick.

Oh dear. The more I see the more I want almost everything. Just a few things I don't want. Question again will be, who should I order from. MAC who might crash again or run out or not have their products up in time, Macy's who is quick and packs terribly, Nordstrom who gets some stuff in, but not all? Grrrr. MAC-Stress. We need a thread on how to deal with MAC-Stress.

You shouldn't be stressed. The only thing I really see flying is Ever Hip and maybe Alpha Girl.
